Sorry but this man speaks the truth, the game definitely feels unready for release. And to those who really think much is going to change, I've been in the beta for months now and not much has changed overall, the underlying issues which a huge chunk of players aren't happy with have been there for months.

Sorry but Bad Company is totally a console-based franchise anyway. I just really couldn't see myself playing this on PC, it doesn't suit. Bring on Battlefield 3 to satisfy that itch, but until then I'll be picking this up on 360 :)
They wouldn't charge for these modes they'd just simply flick a switch in a playlist option which extends the life of the game.

Thats how I felt about the article too. It seemed he was hating on alot of the 360 IP's such as Halo and whatnot, then totally bigging up things like Gran Turismo. All opinions at the end of the day so fair enough.

Game was absolute pants at Eurogamer Expo when I played it 2 months ago. OXM UK gave it 5/10 in their latest issue, so definitely not interested in this title whatsoever.
To be fair though they do them every year. But this year it was a couple of days early starting. If your ever wanting to get something on Steam and its near the Xmas period hold off, bargains will arrive with patience :D

Hence large sales mate. Discount a blockbuster movie tie-in during Christmas time and boom you've got big sales. Same reason they discount Fifa, only they're competing for sales over the Xmas period. Quite frankly thats just bullshit. I own both consoles so will simply buy for whichever I can get cheapest. Disk swapping? Seriously? If people cant be bothered to get off their arses for 5 seconds every 10 hours of gameplay then they have serious issues. Put childish fanboy ego's aside you do realise that almost every single videogame you play has compressed data of some kind? Its completely illogical and an utter waste of space not to. Noone even notices the difference. Let alone the performance gains from compressed data due to access time being lower. Cryptic seriously have bitten off more than they can chew. The actual gameplay of STO looks extremely average, and speaking to a couple of beta testers I know they've been left completely dissapointed.
They should have focused on either Champs Online or this. Any company doing 2 MMOs within 6 months of each other is just insanely ambitious. Both games will, and have, suffered dramatically from it, it seems.
Does this work on Windows 7? Also can it be played in a windowed smaller screen? Tempted to pick this up as I never did play title originally, also for a tenner off Sendit.com seems like a pretty good price.
It's no wonder theres all these glitches people are finding when theres THAT many people playing it. Not to mention that match in the video is full of people with modded consoles lol. I hope people realise glitches such as the 'infinite ammo' glitch and this one were thanks to modded consoles, its a glitch initiated by someone with a modded console then it 'spreads' to other normal players. Hence the post being titled with 'the new infection'.
