I agree PS3 is getting some good titles. It is about time. Alot of people are looking lovingly at their PS3 sitting there and saying

Lets get some money from one company to help us pay to port it to the other console.
That is exactly how it is working... Get some money from SOny for Haze and use it to pay for the costs of dev and porting. Get some money from MS to pay to port to PS3. They are basically taking money from the companies for timed exclusives.

It said early 2008 in the trailer which is next CALENDAR YEAR, and this FISCAL year for SOny. So unless you celebrate your holidays by SOnys calendar it is next year... you funny little nitwit.
he just stated that is is done with MGS after this one... which leaves him to work on Wii and 360 titles as he has dropped hints about in interviews. I think that Kojimasan believes MGS is a PS fixture (yes it has later releases on other consoles) but he has stated it is woven together with PS history and as such will at very least be ONLY on PS# for awhile before it gets released to 360 like 2009.

yes, I have been involved in the big ps3 vs 360 fights around here but over time i have come to see that it doesn't matter what you play. Just PLAYYY and stop fighting you can yell at a wall for eternity and it isn't going to move. You can discuss and dissect and talk truthfully to someone who is a diehard fan about things and they like the wall will not change. It doesn't do any good sometimes. I think that over time the E3 commitee will see that these companies use E3 as a ... "look at our killer games" expo to spur gamer interest. And while the companies are spending massive amounts of money to set up displays at E3 in the last 2-3 years they are obviously making their money back or they wouldn't be doing it. Simple as that. #1 because there is no download content system set up for the PS2, which is where the vast majority of GH bangers get their fix at.
I really think they will do it for the 360 if not releasing a retail box for it. It would be the smart thing to do. But we will see what they do if anything for the 360 for these songs. But I would lay down $50 in MS points to get all these in GHII for sure. I play GH II alot and like it alot it is a very good game.
I am not sure if it would need to be an add on HDD (I think it would be cool if there was for sure) but you can get a 4 GB memory card for the Wii for like $60 and you will be more than able as someone trying to make agame for the Wii to do it on a 4 GB chip. As the chips get larger soon it will be less and less needed on a system like the Wii that doesn't need a HDD to cache graphics assets like the PS3 and 360 do.
and Obviously you are a selective reader... I stated you my experiance with my PS2's and you blow them off with your personal experiance. I had the DVD read error problem that was WELLL DOCUMENTED with the PS2's. Not to mention the 5 games that spunn out and ruined when i would eject the disk tray.

state your source??? Are you sure it isn't the first Xbox you are thinking about ... Because planning for the 360 started in 2002. and there are very few PC componenets in the 360 on purpose because of the issues they ran into with the xbox and its PC componenets costing so much. The CPU and GPU are custom and owned by microsoft as opposed to last gen when they didn't own and used off the shelf solutions.

agreed... if Halo 3 blows up and MS sells 3-4 million more consoles in the next holiday season (thanksgiving thru FEB 08) they will be in a world of hurt if these cosoles are still dropping like flies.
Even though personally i had my console on for about 10 hours saturday playing GH2, Forza and DIRT, i often fall asleep with it on playing a DVD and this is my replacement from MS for my launch console that fried i have never had an issue with this one and it stay on all nigh...

Dont act like Sony hasn't done the same thing to their customers. Microsoft is offering a 1 year warranty. Gamestop offers a 2 year extended for like $60 more. Spend the $60 for peace of mind like i did.
