I am a little underwhelmed to be honest. I was all set to buy a XB1 this week depending on what they showed and I am still on the fence.
They ultimately showed the same stuff again, Halo, Gears, Forza and Fable. The only game that captured my imagination was the Pirates game, that looked awesome. Also, I must have CupHead in my life :)
I do love Gears but I am disappointed that only the first game will see a remaster anytime soon.

Really? Halo is deeper than Fallout?
God almighty, they havd absolutely nailed Fallout4, it looks like the best game Bethesda have ever delivered.....incredible!!
Always someone who wants to rain on someone else's parade. Looked like the modern day experience you would expect and want from a DooM game.
Yup, DOOM.
Not into this kind of shooter as a rule but that looked irresistible.
Damn, Doom looks utterly incredible!
Completely sold on Mario Maker now, game looks the business.
I am just excited for games, of any kind.
If they want to announce a new Crash Bandicoot or any other platformer for that matter, I will be very happy indeed.
I am a little conflicted about the early 'outing' of The Uncharted Collection because I would have loved to hear about this along with all the excitement of the event.
Hope to hear about a couple of exclusives too but in all honesty I already have a backlog and an eye on loads o...
If they deliver a good E3 I may well be adding to their sales by +1
Quite excited to play sunset overdrive at last.
Will all over this on release, cannot keep up with all the games I want to play, my backlog is getting quite outrageous!
Batman and Yoshis Wooly World for me this month, super excited for both of these titles.
Its fair to say there are few better at creating fun filled experiences than Ninty, I do feel like they understand mechanics and fun better than most.
But there are plenty of other devs out there that also have a good grasp on what makes a good game. The most recent example in my opinion is From Software with Bloodborne which I felt was almost perfect with regards to game mechanics and the moment to moment experience.
I dont think a game has to be colourful,...
Great article and a hell of a coincidence for me. I have just been discussing how I feel burnt out on Witcher 3 after about forty hours.
I put 80+ hours into Bloodborne and was ready to play again but I just feel like ready to drop Witcher 3 but cannot quite put my finger on why. The game is immense but I am finding it tougher and tougher to load it up after a death - dont understand why??
Personally I cannot wait for this release, I have a platinum on each of these games and would have played them each again before the release of Uncharted 4 so the chance replay them again in a remastered form and earn some more platinum trophies fills me with joy, cannot wait!
The fact is that ND would have analysed the figures and determined that the remastering of the MP would not have been a worthwhile effort financially in relation to the amount of people who would play online.
I would rather the money and effort is spent in making the important part of the games as dazzling as possible, namely, the single player campaign.
Of course there will be fans of the MP who will be disappointed but my personal experiences with friends a...
God almighty....need to book a weeks annual leave for this for sure! Cannot wait to platinum the shit out of the Uncharted series again :)
I have not seen any official figures, i saw rumours yesterday of 1+ million sales on console and around 2.5 million on PC.
I would be willing to bet that if those figures are roughly right, that the money made by both versions would not be that different. XCOM sales would have been boosted with cheap prices in Steam Sales and of course it released at a cheaper price point in the first place.
Whether the PC brigade like it or not, there is absolutely no reaso...
Extremely disappointed that this is not releasing to consoles. I loved the reboot, I played it on PC before replaying it on PS3 when it was available through PS+.
It played really well on PS3 and I enjoyed it more 2nd time around as I prefer gaming on console.
I have to imagine it will see a release on other platforms later on, it makes no sense otherwise. I will wait em out an pick it up at a later time.
40 hours plus on PS4 and so far I havent experienced anything that would change my opinion that this is a fantastic game.
I do have one slight annoyance where Geralt will continue to move even after I let go of the controls so I often need to push back on the stick to stop him walking.
Sounds very expensive if true, I would happily pay that for all 3 in a collection though.
