Trophy support for all games NOT confirmed.
They've said nothing about this, it's still optional according to the information we have on upcoming releases and this article.

It adds some replay value sure, but if you hate the 2 hours it takes you to unlock said trophy (or achievement), who the fack cares? No one else, I guarantee you.

"Flop" has close to nothing to do with the quality of anything. It has to do with how much the product sells in comparison to how much it costs to make.

I'm assuming you're talking about Force Unleashed. I'm thoroughly not excited at all for this release and it'll have to do a hell of a lot in the full game to impress me now that I've seen the combat. It's like a poor man's Psi-Ops.
Maybe I'm just a jaded PC gamer or maybe it was the plethora of shooters already out for 360 when PS3 launched, BUT playing Resistance definitely didn't make me glad I bought the system. It actually made me feel guilty about it since I had spent all that cash and there was very little to play.
WoW is an excellent first MMO (but also an excellent MMO, overall).
WAR looks like a pretty solid competitor.
Otherwise, your options are EVE Online (which is definitely not for everyone) and Guild Wars (which fails in the Massive component of MMO).
Spiderman 2 was pretty much the last good one, unless you really liked Ultimate Spiderman.

Why the hell does everyone want Fable 2? Far Cry 2 I can understand.
For example, RAGE developed for PC, PS3, and 360 will feature lower quality textures and an overall lower quality look on 360 because the publisher doesn't want to put out 3 DVD's.
To fit the game on 2 DVD's for 360, they have to compress a majority of the game's textures.
PS3 won't have this problem because it all fits on one disc.
That's the only way I see blu-ray being a strength as an "exclusive."
