What about you guys?
Game is really refreshing and the PS3 version will be the definitive one.
Still, so many RPG's to look forward to.
Looks so fun.
Is it even out in Japan?
Anyone know? That chart is empty for GTA IV in Japan.
Anyone who played Indigo Prophecy (Fahrenheit) should definitely look forward to this game.
Yep.
Bubbles :)
So they don't really count... and why is everyone so hyped for Fable 2, anyway?
Honestly. No sarcasm intended. I don't see what's behind the hype. I played Fable: The Lost Chapters (on PC).
The only things they have that I'm interested in are RPG's and Viva Piñata. If Banjo can actually be cool, I'll get it. If there's some XBLA stuff, that's cool.
But where are all the games? Other than Star Ocean 4 (which I'll most likely get as long as it i...
And they included a month of Xbox Live gold for free, along with a free new faceplate (which is nice; they did it last time, too, along with sending me a brand new console because my launch one apparently blew that much ass).
Not sure quite what they did, but it runs quieter and is clean, which is nice, too. I think they replaced the motherboard and disc drive.
Anyway, the whole process was pain-free. I clicked a button on the website and it was really, really easy...
I agree. 2009 and 2010 will be huge on PS3. Wii is getting some really interesting titles in 2009, too, and 360 has... Star Ocean 4 and Halo Wars. Oh and some downloadable GTA IV content at some point, which I'm looking forward to. They're (MS) slacking big time.
Star Ocean 4 could be cool (I'm an RPG fan), but I'll probably pass on Halo Wars.
And I really dig the style of this trailer.
The Sly series was great, so I expect a lot from Infamous.
:)
And I loved the Sly series, except maybe 3 less so. Still a great game.
The Jak series was very good, too, and I liked Jak III more than any Sly game, but I still agree with you on your other points.
Disgaea 3, Tales, Mercenaries 2, etc, etc..
My list is longer than all of yours, though. :P
I don't even want to write it out (AGAIN; edit: doing it now :p), but there are a LOT of great games coming. Especially if you like RPG's.
Madworld
Infamous
Bayonetta (look at the creators of this and Infamous! Very good reasons to look forward to both these games; the same is true of many other companies, which are screwing my wallet in 2009.)
I don't usually use exclamation points, so you should really try to get a lot of excitement out of that title.
That said, that trailer was f'ing cool. I dug it. Resistance 2 is looking like a massive improvement on the original and my wallet is screaming in agony already because of all the frigging games I have to buy in the next couple years.
I learned some things I didn't know about the game.
There were a couple questions that I thought were pretty dumb, but overall it was very informative.
Thanks, Johnny.
And yes, I'm definitely interested in this game. The multiplayer looks somewhat refreshing and I'm trying to stay in the dark so that I can enjoy singleplayer more. I'll play it before I buy it, though, like all titles that I purchase at full price. I need more monies for all the damn g...
I think Resistance on PSP will be cool once or twice, but I just don't see a challenge that would make me want to play through multiple times.
I'll probably rent or borrow it before buying.
It does look damn pretty, but they really need an extra joystick to make shooters work.
Auto-aim to this degree is almost ridiculous. Just get the enemies in the box and fire.
Because someone didn't know it was Fiction Friday.
Someone named GamerSigma.
Or that person works for the website.
Lots of good games on this list, though.
But they should do one for all Nintendo systems across all developers!
What did you just say and what does that mean?
110,000 isn't bad, but not amazing.
Either way, the fact that it's selling indicates that it is not flopping.
Also, flopping doesn't have to have anything to do with how good a game is.
