Exactly. In Game of Thrones, you can pretty much expect to regret every decision regardless, as you unknowingly contribute to your own downfall.

Articles with questions for a title are clickbait.
If people don't want the game, or are unhappy with the price structure, vote with your wallet and don't buy the game. Sony aren't wrong for knowing what the market will bear, but the only way they'll stop is if we as consumers stop telling companies that they can do this kind of thing by buying their products.
That's what having a computer is for.
I would rather have a Dev go back on his word and delay a game to make it better than have them stick to a release date and ship a broken game because they were afraid to break a promise.
Either way they disappoint fans, but with the delay they also ship a better game.
You spent an awful long time typing out a list of things that you want to downplay. Seems like you have another agenda.

Gang Beasts looks like a lot of fun. Especially for people who are too drunk to play Smash Bros.
Now I'm torn though, since I already have the first part of Broken Age on Steam. Might end up buying it twice.
"Quantum Break looking 10x better than this"

Much better than Quantum Break.
@%#& YES! So long have I waited for the next in this series.
I still like how it shapes the individual components of the narrative, like conversation cues that are tailored to what you've done, even if it doesn't markedly influence the results at the end.
Particularly in the case of games that go on for multiple seasons, it's tough to have vastly branching paths without exponentially increasing the workload. That hit Bioware in the ass with Mass Effect, and is largely why the Dragon Age games have different main characters...
