thanks to PSN plus i havent bought anything at retail in months. I think that plus is going to screw with retails sales a bit
i loled when he wrote that the original xbox was a runaway success
yeah, some of the price differences are rediculous. No wonder mobile gaming is expanding.
given this move....i wont bet on it
Looks like someone is out for a sunday sTROLL
Just vote the website down and move on.
i think there is an issue with ip rights here. not sure since they brought it to the psp.
i would love me some toy commander as well.
he would probably still have a pension, but seriously, who was advising this guy????
50 million investment?
i would also like toy commander
allegedly it cost $40 euros and is about 800mb (jap version).
i guess it will cost $40 bucks or so. I like to support niche stuff but watch some gameplay to make sure its for you.
my vita is ready
My 3d slider is set on off as well. not worth the hassle. was cool for a few hours though.
Well, they can carry that tablet around almost all the time. Hence, they get more use out of it and value it more.
I'm home very little now, so i dont value consoles as much.
Its even more odd that nobody want to give sony credit for achieving success despite that initial price tag.
No other hardware maker would have had the conviction to stick to that product and have pulled it off. i buy sony gaming hardware with no hesitation. none
Nothing wrong with profit, but i think they miss the issue here.
Its more than just raw price - its also about value and the market the time.
THere are so many platforms and options in gaming now, that it becomes progressively harder to justify $300 on ANY NEW SYSTEM.
All hardware launches are gonna be in for a rough first year. THe only reason i got a 3ds and vita early is because i got them for $110 and $160 respectively.
M...
the 3ds was also helped by the fact that the entire ds back catalog was available on day 1. Why buy a DS for $130 when u could just buy a $169 3ds instead?
i dont necessarily think that the vita needs a price cut but sony has got to realize that the first party studios MUST show up EARLY in a console life cycle.
I'm also VERY interested to see how Microsoft deal with this launch problem. THey dont exactly have a lot of studios.
PS i thin...
nintendo had similar problems with the 3ds.
THe attitudes of third parties have changed. Nobody wants to launch a game with only a few million potential customers. THe market is flooded with options and games cost a lot more to make now.
I dont blame them but this is why console cycles are gonna get longer and longer
^^^^
Dont you try to confuse me with your logic and common sense.
Let another pointless online war begin!!!!
Time to put that crack pipe down son
Sonic Adventure for $5 - more and more of my money going to sega these days
bad time for my stomach as well...not sure my body can take 6 months of ramen while i save $$ for all this
