Actually getting nearly 50% of sales on UPLAY is more than they usually get. Also why are people so down on Uplay, I don't have any issues with it, just another digital distribution service.

I game on all platforms (and I like them all equally, hope that qualifies me as a "true" gamer) but I still refer to it as the XBone, when you call your console the XBox One it's only natural.

It was always announced that the PC version would ship after the PS4 one, no definite release date for PC was ever given.
How can a game with no release date be delayed?

Didn't realise that Scalebound was a JRPG, no one knows why it got cancelled (unless I missed something).
If Msoft fully fund the games then devs might be tempted to do exclusives, so you never know.
