Emu's are CPU intensive not GPU if you weren't aware.
DF said they couldn't replicate it on a vanilla One or an S, so a very odd issue but they said they do a full reboot of the One before testing as using suspend mode can cause performance hits.

Apart from the animations (which aren't that bad, apart from the glitchy ones which are more funny imo), the game is decent enough I give it 8/10 so far, not finished it yet. So imo I agree people are over blowing this much further than it needs to be, most won't even of played it though.
It's not a TV it's a kit for the TV, like a DIY Ambilight.

Do many people game with a headset on only one ear (I have only ever used full headsets on the assumption that the single ear ones were mono)? A USB headset function would be good, shame they got stuck trying to push chat adapters (yeah I did get ripped for one) for the controller (glad to see that that has been addressed though and is now built into the controller).

I think going by what Digital Foundry said is that the console will adjust to your output so if you have a 1080p tv it will run @ 60fps1080p if you have a 4k screen then it will run @ 30 fps 4k (if it does drop FPS). I think what is lost if the twitter is that the "boost" mode is handled by the console, not activated by the devs/game.

The article does not have the colon in the headline, so it reads a more correct xbox 4k gaming starts here (for the xbox brand), not like the N4G headline which makes it sound like xbox is starting 4k gaming.
@light69 I own all consoles (not Switch but the Wii-U) but mainly game on a PC and not sure why you are bringing other consoles into a Nintendo article., but seeing as you have all consoles and PC have certain issues/things people don't like so get over it.
