Installs are not mandatory as the entire game can be ran from the disc just like last gen. However, if you buy digital content then you view this from where ever and can use the quick switch feature between games.
Gaikai is cloud rendering, they also have nowhere near the infrastructure of Azure. So they are not nearly as prepared for cloud gaming as you think they are.

They run off of apache servers similar to how PSN and XBL were ran last gen. So I'm sorry but you have no idea what you are talking about.
The game clearly has framerate problems, which shows it running on a dev kit not a high end pc. I get it is not optimized fully yet, but to think that this is running on a pc is just ignorant.

Also, it was shown that DR3, KI, Ryse, and Forza were all running on the hardware. Lococyle, the horribly optimized AC4, and Watch Dogs were all running on PC. This was already stated after E3.

This is definitely fake, Kinect is already hardcoded into the OS for required use. That is not just a patch they can implement and they would definitely drop the price if they went to the trouble of doing that.

The amount of misinformed people on this site about both of these games is staggering, do some research.
Ryse all button prompts and slow down can be disabled with hardcore mode. Forza download AI then you get XP based on how your avatar does in these races ON OTHER CONSOLES.
It won't happen, PS didn't spend all that money on Ustream to stab them in the back.
