Yes ... boycott one of the only third parties that actually stuck around with Wii U for the most part. Smh
Specifically because as a Nintendo console owner, you should know you won't be getting full third party support thus if you care for Assassin's Creed, Madden, Call of Duty ... you are a Nintendo owner that owns an X-Box or Playstation or all of the above.
IF a Nintendo console came out with FULL third party support right out of the gate ... maybe things would be different.
When I play a game ... I want the best gameplay n controls first. Story and graphics come afterwards.
Last of Us is one of the best cinamatic games of all time but its value lies heavily on its graphics and story. If you strip those things away ... its gameplay doesnt come close to best of all time. It is very good to maybe even great gameplay ... but nothing legendary or best of all time standards.

There HAS to be some agreement between Activision and either Microsoft or Sony (probably Microsoft) that forces Activision to NOT announce Call of Duty games on Nintendo systems earlier.
There is no way that Activision and Nintendo doesn't know if a Call of Duty game is coming to Wii/Wii U until only few weeks before release. That's impossible.
Ports take a lot longer than just a few week to make so the REASON why it's not announced by now HAS to...
Expect it to get worst. They already got the drones to accept paying for online on PS4 unlike PS3. They dont realy need to offer anything great anymore as long as Microsoft doesn't either.

The biggest problem with buying Capcom is "does Capcom have any substantial talent left".
Having the IPs is great but if you don't have the talent to make the games, then it's a waste.
As many have mentioned already, Nintendo has a TON of their own franchises which they either haven't had the time or manpower to dedicate into creating yet for Wii U or 3DS. Thus having more IPs but no talent to handle these IPs would be waste of money. ...

Call of Duty games haven't had anywhere near the best graphics since MW1 came out.

The game doesn't need overly complex movement options like wavedashing to be highly competitive.
Overly complex movement and combos is what keeps fighting games inaccessible to casuals.
It just needs L-Cancelling combined with fast falling ... two things that are not too hard too master execution wise but has enough depth that the better player will perform it more accurately combined with doing it at the most advantageous ranges.

Fatal Frame ... Wii U might not have a ton of games overall due to lack of third party support but they definitely have (and will continue to increase) great first/second party EXCLUSIVE games for Wii U.

Good to see Wii U doing better. If Wii U can at least get somewhere between Gamecube and N64 in sales ... I believe Nintendo will consider that a success after the horrific start the Wii U had.
