Seriously, though, the PS3 has some great games already, and, looking at 2008's line-up, shows no sign of slowing.
While I understand where you're coming from, and that all major companies are, of course, only out for one thing (money), I find Microsoft's bullying tactics (which they utilise far more than any other corporation out there) hard to bear.
Sure, if you don't have a problem with Microsoft's marketing tactics, then so be it, support them all you want. But personally, I won't suppport a company as mercenary-like as Microsoft.
I guess that's why I prefer Sony. I don't...

I don't think the PS3 will rise from 3rd place anytime soon, but I don't care. I don't need VG Chartz to reassure me that the PS3 is the best console I've ever owned (retro consoles notwithstanding).
I'm confident that I made the right choice in selling the 360 to get a PS3, so I couldn't care less how many other people bought the PS3, i'm not that insecure.

If Microsoft banned their accounts simply because they're not satisfied with the service, they'd have another lawsuit on their hands, to do with abuse of power.
They already did that to one guy, for critisizing the Live service, and stating Live's shortcomings, but because Microsoft had no argument agains...

Well, I don't know how well the 'free-running' (or 'parkour') aspect of this game with a mouse and keyboard.
Myself, I would prefer to use the controller, but then again i'm not really an avid PC gamer.

I don't think the RRoD problem will ever go away, without a complete redesign of the hardware itself. Expect to see these issues resolved (maybe) in the next incarnation of the Xbox, most likely to be named the 720.

I know a guy who's getting this for PC... he was really confident that the PC version would be the best for him, and he may be right, but he's got 2gb of RAM, which would be fine, but unfortunately he's running Vista. He's also got a Dual core running at about 2.5Ghz and an ATI graphics card with about 512mb of graphic memory.
Will he be able to run this game fine, because I know Vista takes up like half of your PC's RAM for next to no reason...

You have four options:
1) Buy the game, without all the content, and just enjoy what's there.
2) Pre-order the game (without knowing if it's good) and enjoy the full game.
3) F*ck Microsoft and the way they screw you over and over, and buy another console, like the Wii or the PS3. Both manufactured by Japanese companies, so at least you know that they're dependable.
4) Don't buy the game, and survive on whatever the other game is that the 36...

I agree with you on how stupid these VG Chartz threads are getting, it's just ridiculous, they're not even official, and the numbers always tend to differ quite a bit from the NPD figures.
