Great blog, I liked it. You reminded me of how great Uncharted is, too (I might go play it again right now, actually).
If this is pre-Alpha stage, then that's pretty impressive. I've got mixed feelings about whether or not they should have left off showing gameplay yet at this stage, but it is nice to see how this game's coming along.
From this video, it looks like it's coming along pretty well. Evolution are actually developing this one pretty fast, too.
Get over yourself, little girl.
So, because a Sony fan is posting on here, he must be secretly distraught about Left 4 Dead not coming to PS3? Get real.
Agreed, my friend.
Um, we're talking about Microsoft here. Thinking about the end user? HA!
No, just resist the urge to fap.
Maybe Gabe Newell's just afraid to have to get off of his fat arse and learn some new tech. That's cool, though. He'll just miss out later on.
Well, to be honest, outside of Orange Box, there isn't much else Valve can offer to the PS3, especially so considering what's to come for PS3 this year.
Then, you should stop wanking while using the PC. Simple.
Vista is one of the worst operating systems ever made, from a technical standpoint. Deny it all you want, that's the truth.
The guys who disagreed with you must have sabotaged your shipment, looks like you're not getting it Wednesday!
My god, Three Leaf Clover was an awesome mission. I'm at 40% now, not sure how long I've been playing. Trying to take my time, though. Want to pass the time 'til MGS4.
Mine froze once, but I think that was the PS3, not the game, because as soon as I turned the console off and then on again, it worked perfectly, and has done for three days of near-constant playing.
I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, seriously, it must suck right now for you guys going through this problem. Hope it gets fixed soon :)
GTA4 is one hell of an awesome game, but it works about as well as a 360 :(
Ocarina of time has been overrated to buggery, it's nowhere near the masterpiece some would lead you to believe. It's a good game, yes, but it got, and still gets, more praise than it deserved.
I don't see how that can be any worse than the shovelware the Wii seems to be ridden with now. At least some of the "cr*pware" vaguely resembles a good game.
The fact is, the 360's HDD doesn't come as a standard across all consoles, meaning people who wasted the money on buying the overpriced HDD get shafted, since all developers have to cater to those without.
Plus, the Sixaxis didn't include a rumble function, not by Sony's choice, but because of the lawsuit with Immersion. You should know about this. Now that Sony settled, they have included rumble in the DualShock 3.
Let's face it, the 360 is of about the same quality...
Here's hoping they get rid of friend codes.
I think the reason some of the guys here are feeling disappointed is because they saw the title, "Motorstorm 2:First gameplay footage", went "ZOMG!" and set themselves up for disappointment, since it's only the pre-Alpha build being shown.
I myself agree with you, it looks like they're taking it in the right direction, and we should see remarkable improvements by the time this game goes gold. I think it's safe to have high hopes for this one.
