I do agree with you. However, there is a problem with Haze's story, and that's that Free Radical basically spoiled Haze's story. Still, I'm looking forward to the game, and I really hope the final game doesn't disappoint.

I mean, EA are a greedy, franchise-milking arsehole of a company, but every now and then, they make a fantastic game, outside of the Madden series, etc.
Using the right analog stick to pull of tricks is the coolest shiz ever. Also, Skate was actually way funnier than Tony Hawk's, and wasn't even trying to be. Only problem with the game, is that the online sucked.
I think anyone who actually knows how to skate can appreciate just how great Skate's...

OPM UK are harsh, but in a good way. They're not harsh in the same way as Edge are (hopelessly biased) and usually quite critical of games. So, I'm not doubting that MGS4 fully deserved that 10.
Same here. I was actually doubting this game for a while, I thought it would flop, now... I'm dead set on getting it. I actually liked the first game, too.
COD4 was about 5 hours long, and that did pretty good. Seeing as Killzone 2 looks better in motion than COD4, and I find it hard to believe it'll be shorter, there won't be much to complain about when KZ2 rolls around.
Of course, this is assuming you're correct in regards to KZ2's length, which is a silly assumption in itself.

This is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen on this site. There must be like a record amount of comments deleted or something. More than half the comments here aren't even talking about the bloody game.
Anyway, looks great, I loved the first game, and I'll no doubt love this one, but... Rare haven't exactly performed exceptionally since Microsoft bought them.
And this is all from a pre-Alpha build... I was almost starting to doubt this game, I was thinking it'd be the next Lair, great looking, but fatally flawed, but it's actually damn impressive.

Don't want to contradict you or anything, but that screenshot really wass an in-game screen capture from the pre-Alpha build of the game. It's from the latest gameplay demonstration.
The fact that Killzone 2's only in pre-Alpha stage, and it's only going to get better looking, makes me happy in my pants :)
In the meantime, however, GeOW2 looks awesome. Not particularly amazing, or a huge improvement over GeOW1, but it looks great, snd should play great too.

I can understand you loving the Xbox, it's a fantastic games machine (albeit not so good quality build) but I couldn't imagine loving Microsoft. They just aren't the sort of company you can respect, and they've done nothing to gain loyalty from their devotees.
Still, in the end, it's the games that count, and it's great to be passionate about something you love :)
