Agreed. Despite only having 120gb on my xbox I always keep 30-40gb free for games I play regularly, as the quality significantly improves with an install.
Clearly you don't understand the term hardcore gamer. It's not about the amount of time you spend playing games but the type of games you play. If a person plays Farmville for a 100 hours a week it doesn't make them a hardcore gamer.
I'm pretty shocked at the amount of people whining and won't get off their high horses to buy a controller and settle for the same experience as the console gamer got.

I personally wouldn't call the skill OP until I've seen it in action, Gearbox aren't stupid and 'Girlfriend mode' sounds like their sense of humor from my many playthroughs of borderlands. It's clearly just a joke some extreme fans have taken to heart.

Mate, just don't buy the game. There's a ton of indie developers creating some fantastic games catered to us hardcore gamers for a fraction of the price of this dumbed down rubbish.

Windwaker was my favourite as well, but it wouldn't have been possible without Ocarina. Ocarina stands out because it has one of the best forumlas of all time, and it did it first.
After looking at the trailer and seeing how easy combat is and how easy stopping a getaway car is, I fear it will be the latter. Modern superhero games only need to take one thing away from Arkham City to be successful - fairly challenging. Arkham city had stealth and it would make more sense to me to make this spiderman game a little more stealth based as it fits his powers well.
I thought Capcom is in some sort of exclusivity deal with Nintendo over Monster Hunter, making a PS3/Vita release unlikely?
If it's not true and Monster Hunter is released on the Vita and see's a western release, that would be the tipping point for me picking a Vita up.

The problem with that is real life is not so clear cut as Mass effect or KOTOR. The Witcher 2 capures that idea perfectly, it is the first game where I don't feel like a good or a bad guy, but a guy making tough decisions. Often there's no indication if you made the 'good one' or 'bad one' until (sometimes) long afterwards and in tense situation you have a very short time limit to make a decision. It's very refreshing and feels much more immersive than either KOTOR...
For single player, Mass Effect 2 hit the nail on the head. The best part of the JRPGS of past (FF7/9) was collecting your team, and it's as if a western RPG designer went 'lets build a game around that'. There was only one character I disliked in Mass Effect 2 and that was Jacob. The combat in 2 was much better than 1. I felt the story itself moved at a much better pace in 2 than 1.

I don't think you realise the origin of 'Halo Killer'. The original Halo was considered to be one of the most successful first person shooters released on console (although there were some before, most well-known Goldeneye & Perfect Dark). As a result Halo & Halo 2 were crowned as king of the genre, and even Halo 3 (although didnt live up to the hype) was still considered a great exclusive FPS.
