But it's so tempting lol, same with the psp2. It's probably going to cost a lot and i'll probably want it, even though it won't be worth when compared to the cost of a home console. But that's the price you have to pay for a portable version of a home console.

Exactly that's what I'm sayin, because the graphics are already better than most games, so they should just primarily focus on gameplay now. Also, I unlike some people actually like the gears story, so they should do stuff on that too, such as carmines death.

Seeing as the PSP library is starting to dry up, Ghost of Sparta signaling the end of its life, as with GOW2 on PS2, the PSP2 should be announced as soon as possible. CES, please gods at sony, please!!!!!!
You better be right man! I wanna see this thing so bad. Plus your logic makes perfect sense. They need to announce it soon, like basic information and games, then come E3 2011, show pricing info and playable games, with release date scheduled for worldwide September release!
The more I hear about this device the more it seems like it's gonna be another nGage. Honestly I don't care what happens to this PlayPhone, because I just want them to hurry up and focus on the PSP2 if they aren't already.
I really really hope you're wrong about that. They need to get out this beast of a machine ASAP. I wouldn't mind if this game doesn't turn out to be a launch title, as long as we get some concrete info on the release date of the console, which should be soon, not 2012.
If this were real, which it is not, I think a trackpad on the back would get really dirty with lots of dust in the edges.

What I don't understand is that by switching to a PSP1000 form factor, they wouldn't have a lot of space for buttons with a 5.3in screen, unless the PSP2 is really big. So I think that the PSP2 screen was supposed to be 5.3in in the PSPgo form factor, but now since it looks like the PSP1000, the screen size has also changed.
The fact that the video shows only 2 players racing without the hud, makes it seem kinda boring. I really hope the actual game's environment is detailed like the Wii version. Man this is gonna be awesome when it hits though, hopefully not too far off from the 3DS's launch.
