but its not x-game chat that is important.
Its a universal party system. To jump to and from games with a group of buddies. When i say x-game chat, I don't literally mean chatting across games, which wouldn't be all that useful.
Its pretty ambiguous right now and what is known doesn't justify the price. x-Game chat or a party system should be universal, otherwise it will cause problems with-in the gaming community, regardless, that wouldn't tip the tables. Those are features an OS should have if it wants to compete with the competition.
However, Things like "Token Wagering", Trophy exchanges for content, premium profile, etc.. etc... All things that the compeititon DOES NOT have. ...
Completley off.
I'm 28 and enjoyed the NES and SNES, but have since abandoned Nintendo, because they refused to market toward the "gamer" demographic. Keep the gamecube and N64 controllers, have fun with that garbage.
The wii-owners bank on nostalgia, eventhough Nintendo has done NOTHING for them in the last 2 generations. Nintendo's last good console was the SNES. Ever since the N64, they have been going downhill, with their ridiculous ...
I was a nintendo fan back in the 80s, but nintendo just couldn't keep a good thing going. The SNES controller was great, but nooooo, they just HAD TO change it! They did that every single freakin generation and I am sick of it.
They didn't accept CD formats, but instead pushed cartriges, they have not evolved at all. They produce the exact same things over n over n over n over.
Thats why when the playstation 1 came out, I felt it actually grew wit...
I prefer individualized engines, rather then generic crap.
I like how sony's studios all develop their own technology.
I think your right. That would make more sense.
If so, it would have to be a HORRIBLY bad translation and Yoshia speaks English. no?

"What can we look forward to when Gran Turismo 5 releases on PlayStation 3?
Gran Turismo 5 will offer gamers an experience more rich, more in-depth and more exciting than they might expect - even from a series as closely identified with innovation and invention as Gran Turismo. Not on...
This quote got my attention, "chucking cars around stunt arenas,"
What does that mean exactly? I hope this is legit. :(
...I really feel should proably be sold for more then 60$. I'd easily pay 100$ for this game. You only really need 1 GT game per generation and now with downloadable content, i mean, i can barely fathom it.
Plus the pedigree of Polyphony Digital is something i will always support. They are one of a kind and I hope they are learning from Kazunori-san well, because when he moves on or retires, Someone needs to take those perfectionist reigns.
Xbox users can play the "GT sucks game" all they want. The truth reamins...GT is the KING of any simulated car experiences in any media format.
They play Jazz music in the menus. This is a game for car conessiuers, not punk pre-teens.
From a buisness perspective, its dumb.
Gt5 is going to be a MONSTER of a game.
BOOM HEADSHOT~!
....O_O....x_x....8-P
Thats one of the reasons i support them. I love how the Playstation Grows over time.
AHHHHHHHH.
I'm taking a week off of work at launch!
This is your chance!
Sony definetly needs to get their stock up.
I'd like to see a marvel vs. dc fighting game. Toss in Street Figther characters for good measure.
...from the Sony side (my side) the more i realize how many cheap, jobless, kids are on the ps3. Who talk more on the forums then buy games. No wonder the xbox handful of exclusives sell a butt load. The people actually SPEND MONEY!
geez. Its an MMO, nothing new here.
I think 3D, although a nice addition, is proably a bit too futuristic for most. The pricing and technology isn't up to snuff yet, but I am glad Sony is pushing the boundaries.
The Move is, i'm sure a nice addition to the Playstation Family. I'm glad it is the Move, which is basically taking over the eyetoys space, which to me is great.
My only issue with the Move, is the need for Sony to support it. If it has good games and it is as "acc...
I think it will be a slow migration as more and more featues are added as PSN+ exclusive, but as long as playing a videogame "ONLINE" which was part of the packaged product, remains free, I could care less.
If I want what they offer, i'll support them.
It only does FREEMIUM gaming!
Edit: Why do people keep talking about farmville? Just because the article mentioned it as a a 'free game' doesn't mean this game has anything to do with social gaming. Apples to Oranges guys.
