Just enough damage is good for me!
I hope they have "Hardcore" mode, where 1 crash and its gameover.
They need to trash home and convert it into:
"Little Big Planet - A place where dreams become reality."
(cue ding)
"Make.Believe"
Take everything that makes LBP likeable and fun and toss that into a home style of online environment.
They weren't that good.
I bought and beat lair and i thought it was decent, but they could of done SOOOOOO much, why did they just stick to a flying game!
You'd think they would of went the oblivion route with flying dragons, but noooooooo.
It was 60% of a realized vision. They nailed the voice acting, but obviously devoted more resources to the CG and MoCap then the gameplay.
Not a bad game, but not a great game either. I wont even look at their Multiplatform titles. The Exclusivity, meant they would work harder on 1 platform, not reduce to the lowest common denominator.
Bye Ninja Theory, forever. :(
Bottom of 2nd or 3rd scan!!!
I'll never support Microsoft through their xbox division. They just don't give a damn. They are in it for the short-term. Sony has Long-term buisness thinking and I prefer that.
...Is the day I grow wings and fly.
This is an interactive medium, so gameplay IS IMPORTANT. Story is also important, but if you only have one, your better off watching a movie.
...this feels too scripted, lacking passion.
I also think the Bikini thing, slutifies the girls and brings it to a very amaetur level. A nice dress with a form-fitting skirt would be much more attractive, not to mention classy.
compare forza (Crap) to the epitome of Car passion, which is Gran-Turismo. Just don't do it! And next time you mention shutting down Polyphony Digital, i'll find you myself and shut you down. BOOM Headshot!
So by the time you finish infamous2, you got a full head of hair, with beat up clothes. etc...?
Then infamous 3 could have an easy transition into a new style of character.
still sounds similar to the old one. Its not a carbon copy, but peoples voices can change based on where they are or what they feel, so its not a big deal to me personnaly. The redsign of the character was though, so i'm glad they are gonna bring back old cole.
It just doesn't fit well with story consistency. It would deter me from collecting the infamous games, because of something as silly as the redesign.
it loses its 'keeper' value to me. I only keep the good games.
Just keep it cool, sometimes if your too aggressive it will kinda turn your interviewee's off. Gotta keep the friendly/passionate balance. 50/50. not 20/80 lol. Still a good job and it was nice hearing real talk from a real tech guy and not some PR drone.
and no PR BS. Straight to the point. The Truth.
Not like Microsoft who has questionable promises, in which they dont' deliver at all.
The accuracy of the tracking seems very tight. I'm not sure if taht is a new type of PSEye camera (on the top of the tv), but whatever it is (possibly just optimal lighting conditions), its looking fantastic. It almost has zero noticeable lag. Impressive.
but.... I don't see how you could get a full experience out of any of the games you mentioned, since you playing 10 games at one time. Sounds like someone who likes to buy games, but never acutally finishes them.
....
Thats definetly not true from those videos. Maybe from a pc fans pre-concieved opinion, but definetly not from the videos.
...To not clearly see the quality difference between the 3 games.
Killzone is obviously the higher quality game. Not saying the others are bad and John Carmack, single-handlely crafted the FPS genre and has amazing technology to boot, but GG knows their tech as well. It just looks like a level or 2 above the others. imo.
exactly. People need to open their eyes and realize M$ always gives you less and makes you pay more. Their strategy is short-term, where as Sony's is a long-term strategy. This is easily seen in how they acquire studios and build their internal development staff, constantly.
