Wolverine, Spider-Man 2, God of War, I mean, honestly, wtf more do you want?
Wtf? Over do it? As opposed to what? Bethesda re-releasing Skyrim 8 times over the past 10 years? Rockstar still peddaling GTA5 after 3 console generations? Keep them coming is what I say!
@ClayRules2012 Oh god yes, how there isn't already a Doctor Strange game is nuts, he's such a video game character with all his abilities and artifacts.
I mean, aside from 60fps, how could this game possibly look even better? I have screenshots from this game that look like real life..
Hmm...I'll wait for a sale.
Holding off on playing this game has paid off.
No Tommy Pickles??? No Doug? No Angry Beavers?? Are they even trying? Where's Stick Stickly??
How dare you speak ill of Lord Cerny! may Knack feast upon the bones of your forebears!
If they can redeem themselves then it's best to be known as 2020's No Man's Sky. It's much better than being remembered as 2020's Anthem/Mass Effect Andromeda.
Wow, well spent?
I really wish they did more with the Astro bots though. Sony is seriously underutilizing them. Imagine if they had came out with Fall Guys first with the Astrobots with all those cool mechanics found in Playroom and Rescue VR.
@Inyourmawspants
I did finish the entire game and sat through every cut scene just to see where it'll go and I regret it (sitting through the cutscenes). If you hated MGS2's ending sequence well, Death Stranding's ending sequence is just MGS2 concentrated into a thick slurry of "Wtf, am I watching?".
Like I said though, I played the entire game and even after the ending to set up my zip lines to deliver more efficiently however, I ...
Trust me, I was in the exact same position as you. It looked stupid as hell to me but I took a chance and rented it from Gamefly and was quite surprised how satisfying it was. I still can't explain it. However the entire time playing it while making deliveries I couldn't help but think to myself. "I'm enjoying this but I really wish this wasn't Death Stranding, a Hideo Kojima game". I just can't help but envision playing some other game like a fantasy adventure g...
I'm the opposite of the other guy, the game was weirdly satisfying to play with all the traversal mechanics and delivering things as mundane as it may sound. The story was pure garbage though. It's 100% unapologetic, unadulterated Kojima unleashed. If that's the thing you enjoy then go for it. If you don't like constant, hammering of trite symbolism crammed down your throat with absolutely no disregard for subtlety or nuance then you'll find skipping cutscenes to cut throu...
License maybe not no way will they sell it. It's too big of a chip for them and they can make all their themed Pachinko machines they want with it.
Would you rather it be another Cyberpunk?
I swear, my decision to not play games until 2 years after their release really pays off sometimes, super cheap (sometimes free), all DLCs out (sometimes free) + all the updates and new features.
*Picks up stone.
I'll buy it and wait for the free PS5 update.
I hope they do Japan next. We've had a lot of European mythology already. I feel like it'd be a cooler to take on Japanese mythology next but I feel like Egypt would be a safer bet and they've already done concept art of it before changing to Nordic mythology and They've already hinted at Egypt being a land of many gods.
