My head is outta my ass, it sits comfortably on my neck, thank you.
Also, I've read previews of gameplay regarding 6DIF, and the result was gameplay that is anything but realistic (barring the destructible environments of course), and just because you have military consultants doesn't make your game the shiznit.
So, excuse me for not falling into this game's hype (or rather, controversy)wake. Middle east shooters (with OR without military consultation) have generally...
Boring.
Apparently the game used shameless plugging of real members of the military to enhance the lack of realism in yet another wannabe military simulator.
I say good riddance.
JESUS, exclusive to the PlayStation 3 Computer Entertainment System
Yay for PSLS!
Networked armies was an idea that was around LONG before Metal Gear Solid...lol
I hate this new Alyx...no thank you.
What the hell screenshot are YOU lookin' at? All I see are little girls...
I played (and subsequently beat) MGS4 in 26 hours straight...where's my world record recognition?
lol analog per-channel outputs? It's the 21st century, bro! Surely you can afford an HDMI-equipped amplifier to match your top-dollar sound system!
The word "its" was not used correctly once in that entire story. I hate that.
lol....don't think any harder or your head will explode.
And no, Guerrilla is just Red Faction's subtitle...the game development house by the same name had nothing to do with this game.
There is a full-rez option...make sure to look at those instead of the half-size popup.
Who.
Cares.
Regardless, having a "free-roaming" world with blocked-off areas was just plain annoying.
I don't care about what the story line dictates, if it's free-roaming, it's maddening to see a huge city and then see a big frickin' blue wall telling you you can't go there.
If there's flying in AC2, then there better not be those damned magical blue walled-off sections of the city.
I absolutely hated that aspect of the first game. It was free-roaming....but at the same time it wasn't.
I'm glad this finally came to fruition. Although the portal is REALLY image heavy and takes way too long to load and should probably be broken down into pages, I'm glad to see that it's up.
I'm sorry, but on the technical front...Crysis beats most games by a mile or two.
And they're proud of this? This is just more ammo for anti-gaming media. They'll say things like "the gaming industry now purposely targets and caters to abrasive and potentially harmful individuals"
lol what a simple mindset
