There are only two games in existence that get light in water, water physics, and object / character interaction with water realistically correct:
Crysis and Uncharted.

With HDD caching, the very specialized SPUs (crysis is very physics intesive, which the SPUs KICK @SS at handling), and the decently powerful RSX, I think it would definitely be possible to see Crysis on PS3.
Maybe not at 1080p, but I see a resolution like 720p as being doable....why not, eh?

I have all PS Eye titles from the American PSN store, and I would have to say that I had the most fun with EoJ and Topoq.
I don't think the PS Eye will be going away anytime soon.
