As of now, my ISP doesn't throttle my internet usage.
I get what I pay for....I made sure of that.
I can download stuff 24/7 at 10 MBit/sec for a month straight, and they won't restrict or throttle back my connection.
If they start doing that, then I swear to god I'll leave them so fast they'll have whiplash and separation anxiety.

In MY OPINION, I find the new PS Store interface FAR more enjoyable than Xbox Live Marketplace.

In my opinion, it actually is far easier to use than XBLM
Your choices are spread out over a larger area, it's more attractive, and you don't have to scroll down a long-ass list that is scrunched on the left side of the screen.
The graphical beauty of the new PS Store far surpasses the ugly orangish-red scroll-a-thon that is XBLM.

This new store is easily as intuitive and easy to use as the XBL Marketplace.
Seriously....the new PS Store is incredible. So slick, and so fast. The whole thing absolutely drips with design efficiency.
The new store definitely makes me look at my PS3 in a new way.
All in all, it's a giant step forward that I think all of us can appreciate.
