I feel like it was pretty ahead of its time and on the wrong system. I'm A Nintendo guy and I heard nothing of this game in that time unless you were like us, on the Internet ect..it was arena hand to hand fighting and the style really put emphasis on the gore, it was a beautiful game and concept. Ratchet and clank was a huge market tester. Got the game few days after launch, it was incredible but this isn't about that though. Definitely hoping this becomes a trend and the industry takes notes on the obvious, gamers want games. Games with substance, ratchet and clank easily impressed me. It had a lot of everything , I'm a retro gamer and it easily hit that note for me but the most surprising quality it had that in this day seems scarce was that it was charming. I'll take that as a compliment. In that era or gen the Dreamcast hands down was the best. If it wasn't for sony coming in with dvd I could of seen the Dreamcast being the winner that gen, also didn't help that the Dreamcast was easily pirated
Agree but I'm the end there was a GameCube with DVD which I imagine you know exist. Should they have released it here even if the price tag would of been slightly higher?? Or at least an adapter piece via the bottom of the cube similar to the gameboy adapter just a dvd
