I definitely was saying this before E3. I know Nintendo said NX would be no where in sight but I had hope in some way shape or form it would be there and I thought Zelda being that way. At least the trailer they showed could of been running on the NX. Hoped they would've had a surprise since its been so long since E3 has actually had any big surprises since this day in age everything leaked most of the time.
I just can't see it any other way anymore , it all just seems like a cop out. No way am I with the notion that power is needed but come on to a point it is, his answer and which usually is how Nintendo responds to the notion of power is so political. It's like an athlete saying "we're playing hard and the goal is champion but if that's not reached its ok because it gave it my all and put up big numbers" it just pure BS

Looks incredible. Love the route they took, love everything I've seen so far ,my only gripe is they confirmed no towns or anything of that nature which I'm ok with but I can bet being constantly in that scenery no interaction, having a town gives that leeway but it's w.e other than Windwaker I think this will be the best of all time

Definitely agree with you, yea like someone else said certain developers go big but most of the stuff we see now is already leaked or rumored ect... And most of the time there right so the surprises aren't there anymore. Like you said 10 years ago was was just incredible now it's w.e . I see why Nintendo took the route they took, the Nintendo directs may be dumb in some people's eyes but when they announce it you have no idea what's coming
Man I guess it's just me but these developers that use to be linked to these iconic platformers are basically making the same game there were linked to before just with a new skin. Everything in that trailer screams banjo kazooie, the sounds especially , the bat literally sounds like kazooie. Same goes for

Has there been any speculation of a surprise showing of the NX? I personally think in some shape or form it'll be there and my guess would be in the showing of the new Zelda game. I just can't grasp them showing the inevitable inferior version being the WiiU, at least give us the NX version so we can see what it's bringing in terms of power.
I gotta disagree and give the title to the Dreamcast. A system that was way ahead of the times, the ideas were there , the library of games were great and had high replay value . It hard to explain but Dreamcast is so magical. From the start up , to the sound of the disk being read, it's so nostalgic. It's all business but I just could never grasp Dreamcast being a failure. It had so much going for it but piracy played a huge part, yes I know sony had dvd but the games Dreamcast had were so unique. Man me personally I wait all year for E3. So many great memories of it, I remember in the old days before the Internet screwed everything up, there were actual surprises. You had no idea what was coming, now with all these "sources" or leaks or something like Nintendo direct.

Play with it and for me personally my match ratio has changed dramatically, in the beta everyone used there damn mics but not it's rare. Without mics matches start to feel repetitive and like I'm playing with bots
I use to think it was a problem as well but I've been in a couple of matches where that strategy wasent as good as it was in the beta. Once people see it it gets stopped pretty quick, me personally I just choose Winston or actually another bastion and find a good spot and let out. What I think they should do is when bastion wants to go in turret mode make him collect peices similar to torbjorn but I honestly don't think it needs to be done. Games like this are the reason we all fell in love with gaming from the start. The thrill of the adventure and the mystery that follows is the core of gaming.
Hands down this game will be the best Zelda of all time, Windwaker to me has that spot because it had that same feeling, not knowing what was next.
