Have you played GT5 prologue? I doubt you have, because if you had you'd know that the detail in game look absolutely phenomenal, just as good as on the title screen. I have no doubt in my mind that GT5 will be a better looking game with driving physics that are sublime. However will it be better as a game? not just a sim? Only time will tell.
He doesn't mean stop gaming, he's merely implying that it should be toned down since it is imposing on quality family time(for a family in which not everyone is a gamer of course as that argument will undoubtedly arise), homework suffers, at the expense of sleep and as a result poor performance at school or work etc.
I'm sure if you asked him he'd have no objection of gaming in moderation, he has more problems with it being done in excess than the gaming in itself.

I knew this game was gonna be phenomenal, no doubt in my mind.
I loved Uncharted; Drakes Fortune but this is raising the bar to a whole new level from what I gather.
I might depending on the reivews, people's opinions etc.
I have played 1+2 and they are awesome games and Yakuza 3+4 look to be even better.

The DLC alone is racking in a lot of cash, with more tome come. Maybe(/hopefully) even for the PS3 & PC, probably not the same DLC tho.
Red Dead Redemption, Max Payne 3, Agent, L.A. Noir all looking great and considering the pedigree of the developers and Rockstars history I think they will be more than fine financially.

The only way he'd know anything about that is if her worked at R* and whats to say they wont release a ton of DLC instead in the coming year and they might even be too busy with other titles to even consider the next GTA but who knows, even Rockstar themselves might not even know.
This game better be good, I have high hopes for this.
They have supposedly changed the mission style as to not make it repetetive, lets hope they stayed true to their promise.

Quality and sales don't go hand in hand, and Unchated 2 is one of the best in it's genre if not THE best and I think it'll be better than ODST.
I don't think it'll be another Ironman but probably somewhere in the region of Wolverine.
Very little has made me doubt that I should have set myself up for what could have been a slight disappointment (need I mention gamereactors review), but this is definitive, I should kick my own ass for even doubting the fact that this will be one of the best games I'm going to play this gen. Until Uncharted 3 that is.
