eSRam isn't too small.
I'll tell what is too small though.
A 10 inch pizza after a good session on a Friday night. It's got to be at least a 12 inch, or else the nights a total failure.
Must be weird commenting to yourself.
Who takes who more seriously?
Master Chef?
Troll.
He's just woke up :-)
Why adjust expectations? They are what they are? 8 years down the road should have produced a massive shift in performance and capabilities.
And yeah, I'm already hitting pc hard. Get some.
I've heard Elvis is gonna do the voice overs.
No 1080p should not be the standard.
Good games should be the standard.
That is all.
No.
That is all.
@Infamazdre
First person I've seen actually state the facts.
DX12 will not bring huge performance benefits, but will bring some.
Its the ease of development which will make devs life a whole lot easier. And when development goes well, they have way more time to fine tune their games before release. Benefits all round.
ND might have a clue as to what DX12 does, but they certainly don't have insider knowledge in exactly how it works.
And very soon ill be upgrading my graphics card and monitor to achieve above 1080p. So the ps4 is already falling behind for me and many others. No such thing as future proof.
Maybe Sony has a few more exclusives, but are you really telling me you'll be buying them all?
Didn't think so. If the last gen was anything to go buy with exclusives, PS3 owners did not support the exclusives for their system as well as 360 owners.
900p or 1080p is not that important.
What is more vital is the quality of the textures and post processing.
I've been able to run my pc games at 1080p for years, but games a few years back looked dull in comparison to 1080p games now. The texturing in modern games is more important.
Your posts actually crack me up.
I know you're not being serious but too many on here think you are.
Keep the funnies coming dude :-)
This is true but its becoming the pc gaming monopoly.
These are never good in any industry.
Evidence of this is the slugs attempt to cut MS out of pc gaming with the steam box.
The boy has no patience!
Agree.
I just don't go near the early access games. Let some other dude beta test it for me :-)
Perhaps I'm missing the point here, but I reckon its cheaper because they cannot seriously expect a higher price when they are not going to get a lot of guaranteed sales. Most of their sales have gone with the PS3. I'm sure it'll sell pretty well, but not in the same numbers this time around.
You want a mega blockbuster to fail? hmmmmm sounds a little strange to me.
Gaming needs these huge monoliths to lust after and hope for an utter mind blowing experience. They are needed to give gaming that mass market appeal to bring people together. But it also needs small team developers to spring surprises that no-one saw coming, to keep reminding us that we are nerds at heart.
Just the same as the movies need the mega movies to get people talking about wh...
This arguing is so pathetic and childish.
If resolution really matters to any of you, then why have you bought either XB1 or PS4? It'll only take a few years and the resolution will be dropped on both regularly to try and compete with the ever more demanding pc titles.
Funny thing is, I've recently setup on older flat screen tv and hooked up my old gamecube, dreamcast and original xbox. I can tell you straight away that resolution is not stopping me f...
