Every game made can run on older hardware. It’s just a matter of should it be on older hardware. The amount of compromises to the game can be super uncomfortable to a players experience.

I would agree if it wasn’t for the option to have pvp cops jump into your world. I’ve had some pretty hilarious experiences so far being invaded. But one thing is I get invaded WAY more then my friends.
I am 158 and can typically handle the invaders on my own but I’ve seen some pretty unique things that make it a great experience in its own.

They never did make a traditional “champion” edition. They’re promise was that you would only need to buy SFV once and not need to buy different versions. Which was very true, you can go buy the SFV disc right now and play online against people with one single update of current standard.
You could get the story and other secondary content without being locked out. In the past, there were separate SKUs of every version with full price request.

I believe in order to be invaded you have to pop the furlong(the multiplayer item) finger. I’ve never been invaded solo outside of in game npcs so I believe that’s the condition for invasion
