60fps (if done properly) is always better then 30fps, specially in action games.
If the game can't achieve 60fps on the console, that's a different story.

From the previews and videos, Sunset Overdrive looked like a fun, crazy, good looking, solid game. I was expecting a 8-8.5 average, and that's what's it's getting so far.

How many times did Sony "offer" AAA games with PS+ in the first year of the games release, during the PS3 era?
Answer: Quite a few. I still remember Assassin Creed games (among others) being "offered" 8-9 months after the games release.
If you only have the PS4, PS+ is not worth the price. Simple as that. Same can be said about XBLA Gold and X1.
As soon as my PS+ subscription is over, I'm done with it.
I was expecting Microsoft to improve their XBLA Gold/X1 offerings to "fight" PS4 sales, but unfortunately Microsoft hasn't learned their lesson. They don't know how to stay competitive in the gaming market.
At this moment both PS+ and XBLA Gold are crap and EA is ...

If the X1 exclusives get released later on other platforms, then what's the point on having a X1?
Microsoft really needs to keep exclusive their X1 exclusives.
It will take some time for Bayonetta 3. Platinum's main people are working on Scalebound for the X1... I think.
I would say that at this moment the PS4 probably has the double of X1's world sales.

How the gaming world changed... Sony used to have the most and best exclusives and gamers were happy because of it.
Now its enough that Sony has the most sales to keep them happy.

Some people are too stubborn to realize that the X1 doesn't need the same sales numbers as the PS4 to be a success.
It's important for gaming that all 3 home consoles succeed.
We have to praise Microsoft for their X1 exclusive line-up at the end of this year (Project Spark, Sunset Overdrive, Halo, Forza, Killer Instinct, D4), but I don't think Microsoft has a big exclusive to release on the first 6 months of 2015 (until E3)... none that I remember, but I might be wrong.
Sony has at least 2 big PS4 exclusives for first 6 months of 2015: Bloodborne and The Order.
