I have to agree with this article. Microsoft should fire the people responsibly for designing the Xbox One hardware. They designed a console that costs as much as their main competitor to produce, and yet it's roughly 50% less powerful. For me that's incompetence and a reason to terminate their contracts.
From the start everybody knew the X1 was a badly designed console, and yet Microsoft decided to continue with it's launch. Like the article points out, Microsoft...

Yep, we'll probably see Uncharted gameplay at playstation experience. It's my most expected PS4 exclusive for 2015.

No, it's the exact opposite. I work for a living, and 50€ a year simply to play online is a lot of money. The games "offered" are worthless to me.
With those 50€ in Steam sales, I could purchase quite a lot of indie games, I can CHOOSE which games to buy, and keep those games FOREVER (not rented).

Both PS+/PS4 and XBLAGold/X1 "offerings" are underwhelming.
Sony doesn't need to offer anything better since the PS4 is selling like crack.

Have to agree with you. From now on the Vita is essentially a 3rd party indie game console, a few 3rd party multiplatform established franchises like FIFA, LEGO and probably a couple of Sony titles that don't have a huge budget. We won't see in the future AAA exclusives like Uncharted or Resistance. Sony already said so.
Nobody cares about the vita.
The budget this game has and a 12-15 man team... this game sounds like a indie game.
If people are expecting a game with the scope of DMC or Heavenly Sword, I think they are going to be disappointed.

At this moment EA Access is better then PS+ and XBLA Gold combined.
I think a 5 years cycle between each console generation is perfectly acceptable. A console can be supported for 7-8 years, buy every 5 years there should be a new console generation... so if Microsoft releases a console in 4 years, it would be fine, as long as they continue supporting the X1 for extra 2 years.
Last console generation lasted way too long.
It's likely that Microsoft will release a slim X1 way before Sony ... besides I don't think a slim PS4 is going to be much more slimmer then the actual PS4.
I predict Microsoft will release a slim X1 at E3 2015.
