"They are practically giving the xbone away..."

Seriously! What the hell are you smoking?

If they are giving the X1 away, I want one.

It's not the Sony exclusives that's killing Microsoft.
It's the multiplatform games that's killing Microsoft. Simply put, they look better on the PS4, and everybody knows that. Most of the COD, Assassin Creed, FIFA, GTA5, etc, crowd are going for the PS4, because those games look better on it. All these 1080p vs 900p/720p articles are hurting the X1 bad.

Microsoft where stingy on the X1 hardware, and now they are paying the price. I expect they learned...

BS review.

A game with so many technical issues does not deserve a perfect score.

I'll purchase a Steam key for this in a couple of months when it's much cheaper and after a few patches. No rush.

"The Wii U Has the Best Exclusives, but Nintendo Isn’t Mentioning This"

That's debatable. Personally, I'm not too fond of most Nintendo exclusives.
Taking a look at WiiU exclusives...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wik...

... I would be only interested 3 or 4 of those games.

If they released those crazy X1 bundles in Portugal (Europe), I would be all over it.

Suggestion for a bundle: X1 + Sunset + Halo + Forza Horizon 2 + 12months Gold for 450€.

Microsoft, make it happen.

Dam tempting... but I think EA will soon find out, and annul the order.

Tried it and it seems to work. Both games came to 46€... but I didn't finalize the order.

The PSP (hardware) was successfully because it could be hacked. As for the PSP software (number of games that had decent sales), PSP was a failure.

In my opinion, Divinity Original Sin and Wasteland 2 are among the best games I played this year on any platform.

Who the hell on PC purchases retail games?
I would say 90% or more (just speculating) of PC gamers purchase digital.

4254d ago 8 agree1 disagreeView comment

Yep, my guess would be 5 years. I don't think Microsoft and Nintendo will hold more then 2018 if the PS4 continues with it's sales domination.
Next Microsoft console for 2018... Nintendo probably sooner.

Congrats for the dumbest comment of the day.

@kwandar
This was related to the 3 games presented on the
article.
As for your 3 games:
- Deus Ex Director's Cut, already got it on the PC.
- Zombi U looks OK-ish. Probably get it when it was cheaper. I rarely get exited for FPS's nowadays.
- Xenoblade Chronicles X, looks good so far, likely be a purchase.

With all due respect to Nintendo, but I'm really not into games like Mario Kart or Super Smash Bros, and probably would never purchase them. I simply don't find them interesting.

Now Bayonetta 2, that would be a game I would purchase if I had a WiiU.

Well... it's all a question of opinions and preferences.

Not only Microsoft. Sony also have crazy deals.

4256d ago 4 agree15 disagreeView comment

Steam automatically takes 30% of game sales. That's a lot.

EA left Steam and survived, now it's Ubisoft turn.

4257d ago 4 agree4 disagreeView comment

Do you guys know that every game sold on Steam, Valve receives 30%.
Ubisoft realizes that well known games like Far Cry 4, Assassin's Creed Unity and The Crew don't necessarily need Steam to sell. They prefer selling directly on Uplay, that way keeping those extra 30%.
EA did the same thing with Origin.

... and if those new games from Ubisoft (and EA) come with the same protection that FIFA 15 and Lords of the Fallen have, pirate bay is not going to be...

@InTheLab, GameSpawn, jb227

How do you guys know Sony don't pay for 3rd party exclusives games that were originally suppose to be multiplatform?

For example, let's take a look at From Software's PS4 exclusive Bloodborne. With the sales the Dark Souls series had on the X360/PC, don't you guys think Bloodborne would have been a multiplatform game if Sony hadn't struck a exclusive deal? So basically Sony took the game away from the X1/PC game...

@InTheLab

You are a perfect example of what's wrong with Sony fanboys. You try to find excuses and justifications where there is none. Simply put, Tomb Raider is a business deal just like many business deals Sony has done with countless 3rd party developers.

For you everything Sony does is perfectly justifiable.

4257d ago 11 agree11 disagreeView comment

When Microsoft and Nintendo (remember Bayonetta 2) get 3rd party exclusives, it's very very bad. When Sony get 3rd party exclusives, then it's great.

Such hypocrisy...

I have a PS4 but I can't stand Sony fanboys. They unable to understand that Sony does the exact same thing.
