Absolutely! When the human race reached the Moon, it was filled with Disney parks and attractions.
When they reach Mars, it will be filled with 7 Star Hotels, 20 Eiffel Towers, 15 Big Ben's, and so on...
Both the Moon and Mars are lovely places to live.
This reviewer gave Watch Dogs Legion a 8... * facepalm *
The amount of hate Starfield got from the get go, it was inevitable some low review scores. Likely the most hated game ever...
As for me, from what I've seen so far, Starfield looks great. Waiting for Sep 6th to play the game.
@shinoff2183
Invisible walls on linear games are even worse. There is no justification for walls on a linear game with small sections.
A big a$$ map with a invisable wall can be forgiven, but on a small map/section from a linear game... not so much.
This is the result of no real competition. Sony can increase their prices all they want because they know their gamers will pay those new prices.
BTW, Sony fanboys were making fun of Microsoft's increased prices... I wonder how they feel now.
Uncharted 4 had a lot of invisible walls... and nobody made a fuss about it.
If they wanted to control the people that abuse the $1 trial, they could implement activation by valid phone number. It would likely be harder for those people to continue abusing the system...
LOL.
The only Sony studio that seems to be working overtime is Insomniac. That studio was one of the best deals Sony has ever made...
Find it amusing that Sony fanboys have been trying to bash this game for ages, constantly trying to play it down... Guess we have to wait for reviews next friday, to see if those fanboys will be eating a large amount of crow.
As for me, exited for this game. Just finished Baldur's Gate 3... soon it will be time to play Starfield.
... and people always seem to forget about PC gaming. Imagine the optimizations developers have to do to cater most gaming PC's out there? Different CPU's, GPU's, Motherboards, audio cards, etc.
What if a developer decides they only want to release their game for high end PC's?... because they don't want to do additional optimizations for mid/low range PC's...
That's why Microsoft won't wait for Sony to start next gen. I suspect Microsoft's next gen console will release in 2026-2027.
Sony's PS5 Pro is rumored to release next year... Microsoft won't even bother with a mid gen refresh, jumping directly to next gen in 2026-2027.
What if developers refuse to release games on the PS5 when the PS5 Pro gets released, because the PS5 would require additional optimization efforts from developers? ... Would Sony accept that?
I'm curious to see how this runs on the Series S.
The PC version of the game, the 3rd act runs like crap, very resource hog.
Playstation fans will gobble this up.
Since the Xbox Series S sells more consoles then the X series, was it a mistake?
Guess you understand business better then Microsoft.
Just imagine last gen if a developer claimed their game would only run on the PS4 Pro, and Sony should just scrap the PS4 console... would you as a consumer just accept that?
Just imagine 2 years from now if a developer claims their game will only run on the future PS5 Pro, and Sony should just scrap the normal PS5 console... would you as a consumer just accept that?
BTW, sooner or later BG3 will be running on the series S.
So you saying Microsoft won't learn from this experience?
You forgot to take your pills ... again.
There are already a bunch of gameplay leaks online. If you're that curious, look for them...
Reviews will be out a week before game release if you're that indecisive.
@Jin_Sakai
Starfield is a game that's suppose to imitate real life, you explore... Lets say in the future you can take a ship and start visiting several unexplored planets. Not taking into account things like gravity, high/low temperatures, breathable air, etc, most of the planets you visit would be uninteresting, barren wolds.
There are other games out there where you can visit many worlds, each filled with lively colors, beautiful landscapes, lots of animals,...
