It's awful but not surprising. They made a crap job making and promoting the Xbox One... starting with that stupid name, week hardware and awful reputation at the beginning.
EDIT: I think Xbox One is a very stupid name, that makes little to no sense at all. It would have been better if it was named according to rumours: Xbox 8, Xbox Infinity ... or anything else besides Xbox One. Xbox One is just too easy to go for Xbone.

Yes, I agree. I think developers shouldn't make new games, but they should remaster every single PS3/X360/Wii game and release them on the new consoles. And when Sony/MS/Nintendo release the PS5\X2\WiiU2, developers should do the exact same thing with those consoles. /s

All these remastered games need to disappear so those developers put all their efforts on new games.
All these remastered games are quick cash grabs.
Microsoft will have to rely more then ever on exclusives if they want the X1 to be successful... and a good way to do it is more quality 1st party studios, and why not explore a few old Microsoft IP's. New AAA IP's would also be a good idea.
Enough with sequels. Want new IP's.

Last gen Microsoft relied heavily on 3rd party games to sell their console. Normally 3rd party games had the best console version on the X360. Cheaper console, 3rd party games with timed exclusive DLC and exclusives like Halo, Forza, Gears were enough to sell the console.
This gen it's not going to work. The best console version will always be on the PS4 (X1 has weaker specs). Exclusive timed DLC, both consoles have them. The only way Microsoft has to sell the X1 this gen...
Microsoft screwed up their consoles specs, being stingy on the gpu... now they will suffer the consequences.
Another 'next-gen' remake... what else is new.
Gamers get what they deserve. If gamers stopped buying these 'next-gen' remakes, maybe we would get new games instead of all these remakes.

I'm a PS4 owner and I think it's sad that the most important and over-hyped game to release for the PS4 in 2014 is a remastered edition of a game previously released on the PS3. Don't get me wrong, the Last of Us is a very good game but something is definitely wrong with this picture. Just proves that the PS4 exclusives released until now in 2014 weren't that great and that Sony has little confidence in the rest of PS4's exclusives to be released on 2014. I hope my PS4 has...
