Sorry to burst bubbles of everyone (even the author) but this is not backwards compatibility. You will not be able to play your already owned PS2 games. You will be able to BUY them to play online. Backwards compatibility is the ability to play your PS2 game disks on the PS3.
Being able to purchase the game again digitally and play it on a cloud service is not the same.

The game is great. The review is welllll..... not even a review? What you read at the top of this page is really all they have to say about it. No in-depth analysis of the game at all really. Just a very short blurp that says they are a fan of the game.

As to the answer to your question... you have simply to look for Skyrim, Risen 2, The Witcher 2, Two Worlds 2, etc.. Many games out already and coming out in the near future that give you your Wizards and such.
As for me... I am one of the old guys and I enjoy my FPS games like BF3 and Flashpoint. And I like my Wizards new school as in Mass Effect, just as much as the old school Sk...
I used to ONLY play FPS games on PC until the 360 controller came around and I got the button stick combination of Halo in hand!
I still think PC gaming controls are very interactive... but I have gotten so used to the controller on my 360 that even when playing games on PC the controller will be of the same variety.
p.s. I got a controller modified to use mouse and keyboard for my 360. Still love the regular 360 controller over it. Personal taste.
Good points. I always wonder at what point is a game considered open world? If a portion of the game is closed off until later is it still open world. Well Borderlands and RDR are both on this list and thus that might not be a factor in considering it open world?

Quality is not necessarily the point.... it is quality in correlation to price. When you can get basically the same TV or laptop... (or camera for that matter) and get the same quality product at a better price then that is basically why they need to refocus their pricing and the Sony brand needing to be more expensive. I understand that... but it did that by a whole lot of programming on the developers side. Where on Kinect it is built in to provide the option with little software programming needing to be done to take advantage of it.
Kinect is more then just a MIC and camera. It has a lot more inside it that does the work that really allows it to be utilized.
If home was anything like Red Dead Redemption online then we wouldn't be having this conversation/ Love playing the Dice games and poker on RDR multiplayer!!! Not to mention the free roaming world and play. Couldn't Home be so much more???
