The real topic to discuss over here is.....why does it still matter to people which version of which game looks better? If you have decided in your mind which version you're gonna get then it shouldn't matter how the other version looks isn't it? Or is it still a game of self satisfaction?
JRPGs have enjoyed their dominance for a long long time now. But i guess times have changed and the western RPGs have really raised the bar this gen. Games like Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age, Fallout3, The witcher and Oblivion have really upped the ante in terms of game quality and though JRPG's are different, comparisons will always be made since they fall in the same basic genre. Thats why they are getting such low scores, not because of their game quality(which acc to me has been consistently ...
It sold arnd 2.5 million copies and has a metacritic average of 9.2. And as far as personal opinion goes its an amazing game give it a try. It is one of the better PC games out there.
The first game garnered 9+ votes from all gaming sites and is usually considered one of the best open world games to ever grace the PC. It also sold 2.5 million copies. And as far as personal opinion goes, i loved it to no end. So just think twice before you fluke a comment hoping that the gaming public consists of retards such as yourself. Do your research before making yourself a royal A$$ over here.
lol so true just can't wait to see that
i just hope they optimize the PC version this time
MW2 - Love it or hate it but you just can't ignore it. IW has been 3 great MW games. One mistake isn't really going to cost them that much. Maybe thats why they don't care...
Dragon Age 2 will top this if it comes out first. But it will be bested by ME3
Should be 70% Xbox 360 and rest PC. PC games generally don't sell that fast. But they have really really long legs. Look at crysis horrible sales at launch but ended up selling more than 2 million. But i think ME2 will reach those numbers much sooner(On the PC i mean)
I don't think it will be too linear. Definitely not as much as mw or mw2. But i like the idea of changeable modules for the suit. Kinda gives you a level of tactical freedom which wasn't present in the first game
dude i understand your sentiment and frankly speaking even i'm pissed with the media downplaying PC gaming, but please, all caps is never easy on the eye you know
Maybe you don't read news related to the PC or maybe you're just ignorant. PC games aren't that big in retail stores anymore. Everybody knows that. But do you know why? Because digital distribution has taken over completely. I mean when the original Mass Effect came out for PC, i did not see it in any retail chart. But bioware still said that it sold very well, mainly due to the steam sales. Take a look at Dragon Age. Bioware was disappointed by the console sales. But they said the online sal...
I think they must have already thought this through. What if instead of the file being first saved and then uploaded, info about you game is being constantly streamed to their servers and then when you press the save button on your computer the file is being created over there. Hence the need for an active internet connection. I guess they have taken this idea from Onlive. And even if they are stupid and haven't thought it through, when you start the game and press on the load button, it will...
Counter strike is the best multiplayer game ever. If it wasn't, it wouldn't have been popular and still one of the most played games in the world 12 years after its release
Where are the PC haters now. I have an 8800 gtx which is a 5 year old card and according to those requirements it will max it. No need to spend 1000$ on upgrades every year as those highly intellectual people have claimed
they should stop giving updates bout the PC until they get the digital distribution data.
Coming back to the topic....i think the only game that will beat this is dragon age 2
Lol it would be so funny if crysis 2 flopped on the consoles. That would be facepalm and faceslap combined on yerli's face
I guess they have just one server on right now. When this thing will go live they will probably have more so the coverage area will increase. Also you can check out one of their demos in which their servers were almost 1000 miles away and crysis ran like butter. My point is everyone will have a different opinion depending one where they are playing it from. So why not just wait for the thing to go live. Then we will have plenty of time for criticism(or acclaim) rather than empty talk right n...
Hey Chubear i don't know what you're smoking but for your kind info there are more games on PC than consoles and you know why? Because most multiplatform games are on PC and many games that are exclusive to one console are there on PC. Plus we have games like stalker and the large number of strategy games. Add to that the MMO's and you have a huge collection of games. And if you're talking bout market share, then any idiot would know that checking vgchartz or charttrack does not give an accur...
