Why would so many people disgree with you there? Its extremely sad so many talented people lost thier jobs, especially people who made consistently innovate games, a talent sorely lacked by many studios.
Get over yourself. GRAW were amazing games.
Is unfortunate, as this sounded excellent. Could really do with another game like this.
While that would provide some good gameplay, there is no way that could happen for 2 reasons;
1) Spartans have trained their entire lives (in some cases) to be loyal soldiers. They wouldnt defect. Ever.
2) John is the last Spartan alive.
No, he played the game, and enjoyed its atmosphere. As did I. As did all of my friends who have played this game. Its dark, detailed and very fitting to the Resident Evil universe.
I used no such logic :/ I dont know where you got that idea from.
I was just looking over my game collection, and almost every single game I own from this generation, besides maybe 6 or 7, never had a demo. Here are just a few examples;
LA Noire didnt have a demo.
Uncharted 3 didnt have a demo.
Dark Souls didnt have a demo.
Skyrim didnt have a demo.
Portal 2 didnt have a demo.
Alan Wake didnt have a demo.
Plenty of amazing games never get a demo dude. In fact, most good games dont.
Yeah, in fact, blood is a valuable asset to living. It shouldnt be shunned and hidden. It should be praised and admired. Its pretty fantastic stuff.
Men can still have sex, you know?
That crazy s**t wouldnt even happen in Australia, and thats saying something!
You're missing out. If you like the look of it, you will definately enjoy the game. And if you enjoy the game, it's a unique experience is most certainly well worth the normal asking price.
But these cool kids only jumped on the BF bandwagon with the latest and greatest instalment!
But in all seriousness, its just because these people love to hate something, and when they'r enot hating on something or someone, they have a void on the inside.
People go out of thier way to hate on EA simply because its the 'cool' thing to do to hate on big companies. It also gives them some kind of self-righteousness and lets them think they can do...
There is nothing wrong with EA offering this to people. True, its lazy and anyone who actually want to get thier moneys worth out of the game wouldnt be doing it, but dont act like EA is some kind of monster for offering people who might not have the time to sit there and play for hundreds of hours to unlock everything, yet still want to use all the best goodies the game has to offer. They're not forcing you to do it.
Asura would be an awesome character for a fighting game! So much great special move potential.
Someone commented this on the article:
"new zombie game. title is strain x. already tested a alpha stage. people will be impressed. runs on euphoria. hack and slash zombie game a lot like the new metal gear vengeance game. with zombie theme"
First ive heard of that. Anyone?
The fact he put Nathan Drake as a pic just screams hit-fishing.
I agree. Sure, the game has some issues and is far from perfect, but its insanely good fun with a few mates. I miss the days when games were judged on how enjoyable they were, not how technically superiour they are to the competition.
As much as I think this looks amazing, I think its going to be a flop (in comparison to what it deserves) on release.
There is a vast difference between the small QA teams developers have access to and hundreds of thousands, sometimes millions, of gamers playing thier games in the first week. The QA testers would find far more bugs than gamer out there, but the few gamers that do find the bugs and glitches only do so because they are the unlucky very small percentage out of the many, many gamers playing the game. If a QA team was 1 million people strong, then you wouldnt get any bugs. But they're not. So...
I agree, if they hadnt been bought out by Sony, they could be one of the best independent studios today. A game like MAG would have been insanely popular on the Xbox 360, too.
