I concur.
I hate how some people act like the quicker they beat a game the better. I love getting my monies worth.
Definately just fanboy rage. They publish and bring us gamers some of the best, more innovative and original games we can hope to play. There is no way they are even close to being the worst company in the world.
PS3 'fanboys' shouldnt be angry, they got Journey, which is a beautiful, amazing game. Now 360-only owners get thier own amazing platformer. Sure, they're fairly different games, but both amazing exclusives in thier own right.
Some people (not all) just like to hate things. No matter what, they arent content unless they are hating on a company or something that someone has put a lot of work into. People just jump on a bandwagon of hate becuase this generation has somehow made it 'cool' to hate on that which is popular.
As for Dragon Age II, I look at it like this; I can ignore bad graphics and bad gameplay (im not actually DA2 has this, im just using an example) if a game has a good story. ...
This game is amazing! I just beat it last night, still need to go through and find the rest of the cubes though. Some of the puzzles are unbelieveably smart (and difficult). The hidden QR Codes in-game were a brilliant idea.
The whitest guy ever, being played by the blackest guy ever?
Same here, the story and campaign look awesome. The Multiplayer beta was pretty fun, it had some great mecahnics, and that was 2 years ago now. Thats a LOT of polish time, so im sure it'll end up being pretty decent.
He means technologically. But I think the tech is more adequate nowadays.
Bethesda aren't making it, Arkane Studios are.
While I enjoy all the recent Halo games (but not GTA IV so much), I love seeing someone who didnt like them actually be willing to give them another shot rather than the usual 'OMG, I hated the last one! Series ruined foreverz!!!' you see around these parts.
Strange, considering the reason they originaly gave as to why they wouldnt be making it. Glad to see more gamers will now get to enjoy this, I just hope they purchase it instead of taking advantage of Ubisofts' good faith.
Prototype 2 will be awesome! And im the same with AC. I loved 1 and 2, but Brotherhood put me right off and when I picked up Revelations, I just couldnt get into it. The story has become far too silly and warped. I do have a bit of hope for III, as im just glad to see the end of Ezio (probably the main reason I couldnt enjoy the last 2 games), but I cant get excited for it.
You might not know about Good, but people with a good taste in action games do.
Praying wont help any.
My money is actually on Timesplitters 4.
Thats pretty cool. I wonder how many of them want to just help out cause its a girl who plays games and they think they can some pooty tang if they help?
I wish most other PC gamers were as appreciative as you;

They have actually announced a game since they made that comment;
http://www.crytek.com/games...
That was before the recent announcment of thier Free-to-play FPS game, which looks amazing.
As someone who has a great deal of promotional games in my collection, I can say fairly positively that isnt one. But my experince aside;
Its poorly cut out, as if someone doesnt know how to use scissors properly.
Its also got an 18 rating... A game 6 months out from release does not have a rating.
Also, what possible reason is there for Treyarch to be using a promo copy for? Developers dont print up covers if they're showing the game its...
