I'm not even looking at the switch as a home console. I will use it 9 times out of 10 as a portable...A very powerful portable at that...at least compared to what is out now.
If the switch sells well enough who is to say that those same third parties won't make different, switch only versions of the games.
If the Switch was just another console I would agree with him, but since it is primarily a handheld I have a feeling third party support will find its way to it...especially when the 3Ds is retired in the not too distant future. Let's face it, when the only place to get Poke'Mon games is on the Switch, literally millions will eventually buy it just for that...More consoles sold means more third party interest. Not saying it is a sure thing but don't count this console/handheld out...

If the title is misleading why not change the title?
I know exact specs have not been released...at least from what I have read, but from what I can gather the Switch may not be as powerful as the X1/Ps4 but seems to be roughly twice as powerful as the Wii U or somewhere in between. I thought the WiiU was a pretty decent system when it comes right down to it. To have something more powerful than the WiiU that approaches the X1/Ps4 as a handheld is certainly something to look forward to!
Ughhh, another click-bait opinion piece for the fanboy trolls to drool over... whatever...The X1 is going to do very well as usual regardless of what the trolls say... Sure there aren't tons of console exclusives coming out for it this year, but the ones that are look pretty darn good! Admittedly, next year will be better with the Scorpio out in full force and most likely some new IPs introduced at E3 on the way, but the X1 will still have a very good year in 2017.
If you have a PC that can run it as well as the X1 go for it. Most don't or don't want one.

That would be because Nintendo just showed their new console for the first time and Ps4 just released the Pro not long ago...Scorpio will be all over the place after E3....Not rocket science.
If you like Gears why you aren't excited about Crackdown is beyond me.. Seems like it will be a great game. Cuphead looks fantastic as well, but yeah a new Alan Wake would be awesome! Fable? Well, maybe down the line they will try again, but I don't know, did you like the beta test? I thought is looked nice, but seemed very un-inspired and a bit boring.
If MS has to close some studios that are not getting the job done what is wrong with that? Apparently you have never worked in any professional environment. I believe Sony has closed studios in the past as well. Also, let me take a shot in the dark, when the PS4 had hardly any high end exclusives for quite a while after launch and MS was bringing out the majority of exclusives I have a feeling you didn't criticize Sony and the multi billions they are worth. Again, PC gaming is irrelevant to the console because the vast majority of console gamers do not play on PC as well...Some hardcore players sure, but not the majority. MS allowing console games on the PC will just increase cash flow which will only be good for guess what? More game development. It will also hardly affect their console div...
