No, I'm going to ignore the crap graphics of 3DS because Sony's NGP is going to look a lot better and have better hardware as per usual. Nintendo just sells on gimmicks. Most people don't give a shit about 3D and the 3D isn't all that great on it anyway from what I saw. So why would I spend money on an inferior system when NGP is coming out this year?

It's just business. Why should any company be nice when they have the chance to make more money? It's just the logical thing to do. Capitalize on the situation to maximize profit. Remember how that saying goes: "all's fair in love, war and business." Now if we're gunna talk about ethics in business.. That's another thing (which usually has very little involvement anyway because humans are just greedy by nature).
It'll never happen. It's all about business when it comes to this. So whatever console that has some amazing exclusive title, that the others don't have, gets the consumer to buy the console too. Making that company even more money. That's really the point of exclusives, so people have to buy the console. Why would corps all of a sudden want less profit? That's what they're all about. Squeezing every last dollar out of our wallets.
