No, it's actually because people are tired of seeing the same shit about PSN all over the front page. It's getting old now. With everyone and their mother covering this on their website; don't you think it's time to cover something else? As far as your website goes...there's a ton of gaming websites out there and people tend to go to the most popular ones. There's already plenty of well established gaming websites, so if you're trying to break into it now, it's...
It's only the free games you download off PSN+, not the discounted ones. The reason to get PSN+ is for the betas and the discounts on games. Depending on how much you spend per year at the PSN store is what makes it worth having or not.
What? You didn't like those great Kinect games (like "Kinect"imals)? Well, have no fear! Sony can replace a silly 'lil game like that with an amazing, blow your socks off, animal raising experience called (drumroll please) Eyepet! That's right Gary toss out that copy of Kinectimals and be ready for an experience like none other. You'll get to raise your own tigers, lions, bears, oh my! (Batteries not included)
The funny thing about this is: how can anyone in anonymous claim they didn't do it when they're all anonymous and don't even know each other! Too funny. Irony at it's best.
Do you not remember, but Sony clearly said "We fu**ed up dog. We're sorry, but we be busy rebuildin' dis shizzy from da grizzound up yo. So give us a mofuggin' while and go smoke a blunt an chill whit da homeys, playa!" Well, I'm paraphrasing here, but it was something similar. I'd imagine it takes awhile for that. So stop with the whiny articles; it's annoying now.
Nice! When did you start playing on PSN, Gary?
And you, like most of the people that say PSN is free, are missing the point. There are plenty of people who are PAYING for the PSN+ service; which is not free. Just like there are people PAYING for other services like DCUO. Just because you don't pay for these doesn't mean other people don't and aren't affected by it. Don't you think paying members deserve to be compensated? I mean it's nice that you don't pay a cent and don't care, but other people do. Would ...
All the fear mongering is starting to get old now. If I didn't know any better I'd think this was a new campaign run by MS from behind the scenes to turn PS fans onto 360+live.
Uhh PSN+ is NOT free.
I'm doubting it matters what you vote because it's still coming out anyway. They look like they could use the money from the titles they offer.
Eh, they shoulda put ..... not ! at the end.
PC has always been best for FPS. Let's just be honest here. People who play FPS on console can't afford a nice PC. If they could they wouldn't be arguing for console. PC has better graphics, customizability (settings/hardware), and the accuracy on kb and mouse is superior to that of those shitty lil joysticks on controllers. I still don't understand how people can make an argument for whatever game on console over the PC version when you can always make it look better just by ...
I don't expect anything. Just like they shouldn't expect me to resub to PSN+ or buy much of anything at all from the PSN store anymore. ;) Sorry Sony, but if you're going to run your business poorly I can always spend my money elsewhere. I'm still waiting to see what happens after they bring it back up before I make a final judgement call.
The point of this article is there's fault on both ends and people shouldn't be acting like Sony isn't to blame for anything. If they weren't so cheap when it came to building their network this wouldn't be happening in the first place.
This game will be bargain bin before it's DX11. Prolly be able to get it during a Steam sale for $25 or something. I'm holding off till then.
They're just going to lie and say "no reason for concern: everything is fine and your data is safe" because they don't want people to be even more angry then they already are.
I love how people say "stop complaining". There's plenty of reasons to be complaining. Let me list them:
1)Sony has paying customers (PSN+) and being part of a paid service you have every right to complain.
2)Poor network security. Anon or whoever did this shouldn't have been able to get in as easily as they did and take a major network down for this long; let alone force them to need rebuild it.
3)If they kept their network up to speed wit...
Don't complain. Just don't sub or re-sub to PSN+. That'll send them a clear enough message about being unhappy. :) Or just change your buying habits. Don't buy any or as many things from the PSN store. If the majority starts doing this they'll get the point that their consumer base might not be very happy with how they handled things.
Howz about having better network security so this didn't happen in the first place? I think that's the point and that's why people should be compensated. They're at fault for not keeping their network as secure as it could possibly be and now the consumer has to wait and pay the price with all this downtime because of their laziness and/or ignorance. No way a major corp like this should take a week to get their network back up from being hacked. This is just a joke and makes t...
This article is funny. Just from reading the last paragraph all it sounds like is business as usual in the world and this person just adding an outrageous headline to the title of his article so their website can get hits. Bravo sir, nice trick. All this does is make people not want to come to your site after finding out what you write is bullshit.
