Are these joke articles? PC blows away 360 even when there was no DX11 for C2. Now that there finally is..it really proves that the hardware for consoles is seriously outdated when PC is using it's full potential on modern hardware.
Wow consoles get another gimped version of a top PC title this year yet again.. very big surprised. /sarcasm
Funny how people were saying PC gaming is dying. Doesn't look that way now does it? ;) You're the ones getting the gimped versions while we're playing the top notch ones.
All I can say is...finally. I'm glad they waited. Crysis 2 is cheap now.

If you kiddies think that reviewers write completely unbiased reviews and they're not influenced in any way by the game companies or personal tastes when they write their reviews then this thread is full of ignorant fools.
Well, I'm sure it's because they're tired and annoyed of so many of the ignorant whiners complaining that it doesn't look like the PC version. This is a game intended for PC and they're just porting it for console to make more money. The proper version will be on PC and the dumbed down, low-res, control padded version is then scrambled together for the rest of you. So enjoy that! If you want to play it the way it's meant to be played...get the PC version and play it in...

I just made sure to double check last day I could pre-order and they confirmed no DX11 until MONTHS LATER and UNSURE OF WHEN they were going to add it. Was a big wtf and a huge deal breaker for me considering PC fans are who made Crytek big in the first place. Was like they backstabbed us. So I voted on their game with my wallet. :)
Well, they've got a lot of things to consider. They want to cater to everyone now and that's including the hardcore market, so this system can't be cheap for that. It has to have the hardware to back it up. That will easily make it cost $300+ right there. They've already said they're going to offer top 3rd party IPs so they can't go cheap on it this time around. What's disappointing is the lack of bluray support. They're putting it out there as this all in one ...

Sounds like BS to me. Just sounds like the kids Mom was ignorant and got him a used game because she thought she was saving money and getting a better deal and more then likely got talked into it. Also "almost refused" doesn't mean he flat out refused. Sounds more like she didn't even try to go against anything the person said and she just stood there and took it. If you're going to be a doormat in life then it's to be expected that people are going to walk on you.
Just saying they're making that claim because they can bring him back at any time.
DX11 still a no show? Pathetic. Glad I didn't buy it. Still waiting on DX11 and bargain bin for it. ;)
Two reasons:
1) Console hardware is weak sauce because it's old now.
2) Console is getting a PC port of the game.
Which is why if you play FPS you should always play on PC if you want the best version of the game. :)
They don't care about killing off any character because they can always just make prequels. It's a trick.
They're just saying that to sell it to console gamers. PC gamers will always be able to have it best if you can afford the hardware to do so.

1080p BF3 on console? Too funny. Top PC hardware is like 100x better than console hardware. Hate to break it to the kiddies, but console hardware is always outdated by PC standards. Especially with the new 8 core/4 Ghz CPU's coming out soon. By the time Nintendo puts their console out they'll have 10 and 12 core CPU out for the consumer market and the specs on that will look like trash too. ;)
Not sure why they make such a big deal about this. Piracy is a lot less of a problem than they make it out to be. If the title is good it will sell a lot of copies..and if not, it doesn't. If these companies want to blame anyone it should be the reviewers...seems they have the most power over game sales these days. Don't believe me? Read the comments on plenty of gaming sites. You'll always see "X review site said game sucks, so don't buy it!" or "X review site ...
