This is good, a good step from what they previously said about next gen. Hopefully it does happen and actually wouldn't mind buying the game twice if next gen allows online play to have 30+ players at one time on consoles. Imagine all the mayhem with so many players in one room. If they do make a PS4/Xbox One version, it's a win win for everyone. They just have to port the PC version and work a couple things out to make it work.
It has been said that there will be a PS4 version coming soon but the director also stated that they don't know how long it will be till that version is ready to be developed and presented.

If they reboot the series, that will bring back lost fans to the series. I don't think many will forget how terrible 6 was and putting 7 in the title feels like the same mistakes will be made again. Starting fresh is their best option, bringing back Nemesis and other Tyrant models. Feeling underpowered against your enemies and in boss battles always gave that feeling of being scared and panicking in the older Resident Evil games. Anyone remember running away from Mr. X in Resident Evil 2 ...

You have 5479 split personalities and so far, that one is the stupidest one.
I'm guessing Microsoft is doing this to release the console earlier by only producing consoles to the countries with the highest demand while also really hurting popularity in the others. The less units they produce, the quicker it will be for them to ship them all out. Then they can keep supplying till other countries get to receive it. If they release it earlier, will this hurt the PS4? No, to Microsoft this is already a lost battle. If the Xbox One gets a week or 2 earlier release day,...
With the growing rise of the Playstation's popularity in the US, Xbox's only very dominant market this gen, I don't see this happening. Think about it, too much effort has been put to reversing policies, why wait till 2014 to show that their word is actually true? Pushing it till next year will give them time to organize and bring out a console with a vision but with the PS4 being impressive...nobody wants to till wait next year to enter next gen and see all the great possibilitie...
This trailer reminded me of the Marlene quest in Witcher 2. Where she was going to be hanged and it was up to the player to discover and find evidence if she was being punished fairly. Then you could decide to have her hanged or set free with the knowledge you learned. Can't wait for this game, the developers are putting heavy emphasis on choice so one game can lead into 4 playthroughs or even more.
Yea, there's no Xbox One in this article, now gtfo.
lol Nah, but in all seriousness, this is perfect for the gamers that already own a PS3 and want to upgrade from an old model to a new one. That or they have a HDD from a past PS3 and they can buy the 12 GB and put the old one in there. If this had a 30 GB for the same price, I think that would be much better knowing that Playstation exclusives can be downloaded into a 30 GB and that would probably boost PS Plus subscrip...
Here's what I understand. It looks like you enjoy social interaction if you like seeing discussions and going in forums and reading people's thoughts. And playing with someone else made games fun. And from the looks of it, you also get bored quick jumping from game to game. You're also looking for something that hooks you in. Trust me, I got the same problem, too many games to play, hard to get hooked to just one. If you got a good PC, I suggest trying an MMORPG. Starting with a f...
"Honestly after reading the behavior of Sony fans on this site I'm ashamed, literally ASHAMED, to be buying a Sony product at all, because I never want anyone to mistake me for one of you." -UnHoly_One
A true Microsoft fanboy right here. If someone gifted you a PS4, you would rather perform hara-kiri (death of a samurai/suicide) with the power cord. lol For you shall be resurrected as the protector of Microsoft fanboys. Teaching the ways like giving advice to Ge...
I'll give them some respect for removing something that made many uncomfortable. The problem is that it's still a mandatory buy for everyone. If they can make a SKU without it, dropping the $100 then it can be close to PS4 sales in the US. This doesn't change much since the competition still has a more powerful console with a cheaper price tag. Microsoft's biggest mistake is not showing anything of the cloud or Kinect 2.0 that makes gamers feel that the $500 is worth it. A vid...
@Belking
I guess it's the consumer's fault and it's up to them to fill in the gaps? If Microsoft included the charge kit with rechargeable batteries then this wouldn't be a problem. But they want their consumers to keep buying their accessories and extra fees to gain that extra money. They're a corporation with 200+ billion and they want people to spend $20 for a charge station/kit. Yea, next thing you know, the vibration feature on the controller only works for Go...
Maybe an online auction house for the "wastelanders," just in case there's certain items that are rare to find and you can put them in the auction house for other players to buy in their own world. That's the only online component I can find acceptable and fun to browse around in. This can help with Fallout's current crafting system and parts for schematics. Then Bethesda can add rare loot/weapon drops similar to other games to put more stuff into the auction house. It w...

According to vgchartz, US PS4 game preorders are dominating US Xbox One game preorders almost 3 to 1. (In total sales.)

Call of Duty: Ghosts (PS4): 66,548 / (Xbox One): 45,749

Halo 4 Mountain Dew commercial:
http://m.youtube.com/watch?...
Now Xbox fanboys are like...but..but...Mountain Dew is better than Coke. lol
As long as the profit goes to gaming, maybe even help for a sequel then it isn't as bad as people make it out to be. I know the Xbox fans will use this one opportunity to bash Sony but when Halo 4 did it...that was somehow ok.
@JokesOnYou ...funny.
Remember the Adam Orth twitter incident when he talked about "always online" and dealing with it and everyone spoke against it? That was in April, forward to May reveal, Microsoft did not learn what the majority wanted. Huge backlash happens, forward to E3 and still no changes. Console pre order first week sales drop and that's when Microsoft changes policies. I'm sorry to tell you, but Microsoft doesn't care what you or anyone has ...
@XboxFun
I like how you only use Netflix like that's the only app behind a paywall. There's also Youtube, the web browser, Hulu, sports apps, and hundreds of other apps that will be coming out next gen. Easily accessible and put on your TV by your console, which I'm pretty sure a lot people will buy for just like buying a new phone for the apps. There's also people that are not into multiplayer at all. Your statement of people will not be buying a new console just for ...
@MrBeatdown
Don't bother using facts and real data with XboxFun. It's been proven time and time again that blind Xbox fanboys can't comprehend numbers and logic. He already said 99.8% PS4 users will be getting a subscription anyway but you gave him factual data that not everyone pays for subscriptions. There's also the percentage that there's gamers that are only interested in single player and some only access Netflix or Youtube on their console. The only defense ...
@NeutralXP
Opinion? You mean trolling, with no evidence to support your words. I think the PS4's success at gaining popularity has turned you into a lunatic. My evidence? Your comments show delusion and a hint of Xbox fanboy deniability. Everytime you open your eyes, you see an Xbox One floating around your vision like a screen saver on max speed settings. The life of an Xbot, folks...messed up.
