Thats my biggest issue with microtransactions, theres just nothing micro about them. Devs are charging so much for such petty things. Especially here on PC, even basic outfits in mmos now go for $25+, its absurd...
Exactly, unless they start showing them fucking at the end of each round i dont see how this matters in any way.
There are some very capable people working on Bladerunner, im sure itll be fine if you go in expecting a good film and not the sequel that will one up the classic from the 80s.
There are literally hundreds of F2P, social and indy games you can get off Steam. Maybe if you ever actually used it you would know.
Illusion has been making these types of games for over a decade, if anything its Summer Lessons thats the knock-off.
This is how cosplay should be done, none of that fat chick dressed up in Harley Quinn outfit bullshit we see all the time.
Except when youre straight, white and male.
Agreed, its just a business decision.
Sadly no, no date has been set for when that patch will come.
None of the Crysis games sold all the well at all. The reason the company grew so fast was becouse it was formed by a few very rich investers.
"New knockout IP"?
They never had one, all Crysis games were disappointments sales wise.
A few trinkets and you still have to pay for them. They are treating it like an mmorpg. I hear they are nerfing xp rates so should i expect xp potions and lvl 99 boosts sometime early 2017 haha?
Like what? What does it have going for it? That its portable? There are much better options out there for gaming on the go, options that arent just cheaper but have more games to offer.
The only difference between WiiU and this is this is actually a portable system.
You give some classics as examples yet all those films would be worse off if they were reimagined in videogame format. For example how would you go about redoing the classic last duel in Good bad and the ugly if you had to play with all 3 protags through the whole game?
And you can solve the huge map travel problem by simply implementing a fast travel system......... just like pretty much every open world game nowadays has.
That would suck. You cant tell a good personal story if you have multiple protagonists. GTAV was pretty much a comedy so it didnt really matter.
Arguing that an idea or product has merit because it has popular support is one of the oldest argument tactics around. It’s also one of the most flawed. Does McDonald’s have the best hamburger because they sell billions? Is a Toyota better than a Porsche because one is far more common than the other? Is Britney Spears a better musician than Mozart, who you never hear on the radio? The counter-examples continue ad infinitum and ad nauseum.
It’s a confusion between cause and ...
Every one of these surival games ive tried seem like playgrounds for griefers. Nobody ever actually tries to survive or group up. People show these interesting videos then you go into the actual game and you get shot on sight by anybody you come across. Even if you do manage to built something nice it will be destroyed by some player by next morning.
Maybe its just me but i feel some of these titles would be alot of fun if they didnt pander so much to those with a killonsi...
Its always a very tiny minority that actually spends money on F2P games. Its no different from actual real gambling, you have people that are referred to as "mules" who basically cant resist the urge and spend all their cash.
Its more the opposite actually. The higher you go the less of a difference you see. Put a modern game on 720p then switch to 1080, the difference will be night and day, yet if you do the same for 1440 to 2160........not so much.
Its the reason why i play on 1440, the extra fps is much more worth it.
