I love this, the kids love this, my buddies online love this. Honestly the only complaint is that the AI likes to play stupid sometimes, but it's still crazy fun.
@Death, PS+ is not "forced" unless you want to play online in certain games. It's not all indie games, especially if you consider the PS3 and Vita games you get. The indie games you do receive are spectacular (most of them) and are actually really fun. You also get discounts across PSN on a lot of stuff.

Well I work for one of the largest Best Buys in NY and our store literally has a line outside everytime we get PS4s in stock, meanwhile we have at least 40 XB1s sitting in the warehouse. So those who think these things aren't being sold out must live out in the boondocks.

I think it's less of "the media" and more of the gamers that are talking about the two. Every guy/girl who writes a blog article that happens to make it through N4G approval process shouldn't count as "the media".
I'd have to agree. I was gonna say Dragon's Dogma, but it got its due diligence, and a huge DLC coming soon. Sucks Pandemic went out before the release, so any problems couldn't get fixed. I would love to play a sequel - truly nothing else like it.

Finally! Someone else gets its. It's not just about the games, it's all the other things you can do with Android, then add to that all the apps that will potentially become available since the system is already open for modding. Remember when homebrew came out on psp? Those things instantly had a higher value, and still there are people looking for 1000s, 2000s, and 3000s.
to be fair, G4 had those things too before it merged with TechTV, and it played all that on repeat like ESPN news, so if I ever missed anything, I could catch it later on in the day.
I wish gaming podcasts were more reliable and less obvious bias because overhyping journalism isn't getting me the info that I like to have for gaming either

i dropped an ogre by pure luck in there. I was trying to show my friends how cool the battle would be, but the ogre happened to be perfectly surrounded by exploding barrels - I used Comestion and they all blew up at the same time, instant death. I think this works for all of them if you get them to chase you
I saw a review on metacritic that gave it a 48/100, but there's no link to the full review so I cant read why they thought it was so bad
yeah that link was to the UK one, so I'm assuming the US one is the one that gave it the 60
OXM also gave the game a 60 according to Metacritic, unless the one listed is different from the review you read. Don't understand why reviewers say awesome things then rate a game low
I'm sort of excited that there will be no marker to follow for each quest. The thing I hate the most when playing games like this is that I miss out on a lot of the atmosphere b/c my eyes are constantly fixed on the map.
I hope its like Burnout Paradise where the more you play, the more you just know where stuff is and you won't need a map after a while.
