Wow, now it looks like a CG movie! The only thing holding it back before was the aliasing but without them and the much improved motion blur, everything just looks movie quality.
Yeah, all of my PSVR games except for Robinson(since it's only $32 on Amazon) are digital as well. Considering how short most of them are, they just aren't worth buying physically.
They totally failed to read their sources.
JUST SO YOU KNOW PEOPLE:
Those are screenshots comparing the game on a STANDARD PS4 after the latest patch which not only adds ps4 pro upgrades(only viewable on the pro, obviously) but also improves the anti-aliasing and motion blur on the original ps4 version. Gamingbolt just didn't bother to actually read the source and just assumed that those new screenshots must be on the pro.
If this is true then the next R&C must run at 1080p(or higher) 60fps on the pro since they clearly can make it so.
Kingdom Hearts is a perfect example of magnificent English dubbing. Thanks to Disney and lots of the original cast(Disney characters) actually returning to voice their characters once again.
Oh no, poor Crtytek. What games have they made anyway?
super-sampling provides a massive upgrade on anti-aliasing providing a perfectly smooth picture. Depends on the game if it's worth sacrificing. If the game looks absolutely stunning with no anti-aliasing then sure but if it's not really a looker nor is it a genre that would work great in 30 fps then no.
The writer is a very apparent hypocrite. She states that she doesn't care about the series anymore but here she is talking about it at great length.
You might want to wait until the Pro is released then. For now you can only see comparisons for HDR on the regular Ps4.
They're already making a big Ps4 JRPG though. Also most of Level 5's games are exclusive to Nintendo devices so it's only natural they continue with the Switch.
@Perjoss You have no idea what they did before do you? Today they add DLCs, before they re-release the games with all these additions for the price of a new game. Have you ever heard of the international versions of Final Fantasy games? Kingdom hearts' remix versions? Yeah those are the same games but with more content and improvements. So tell me, what's the difference?
Ps4 and xb1 uses 5 - 7gb for games. 1gb will most likely be used for the OS in the Switch at the very least so that leaves 3gb for games.
Don't be fooled by this ignorant article, which makes it seem like it knows what it's talking about but actually gets very few things correctly like the reviewer never even bothered looking at the internet.
"incomplete and bugged product" Wow, You've played the final game? Previews have not reported any bugs so far and the improvements they made since their delay announcements are vast and in some ways unprecedented.
Tabata said that they haven't used the Pro to its fullest yet so FOR NOW, the pro version of FFXV that will release together with the original PS4 version will only have a resolution and HDR upgrade. Further enhancements may come in the future after they're done optimizing and fixing everything on the base version of FFXV.
It's 39.99 on Amazon and $31.99 for prime users. So it won't be $60 at all if you pre-order it there.
You do know PSV does remote play? Which means all Ps4 games are playable on the PSV. The only huge advantage of the Switch is that it doesn't require Internet connection to do it.
The polygon footage is a CAM RECORDING. It is not direct footage. If you want to see direct footage watch Playstation access' demo playthrough of the game and not the bullshit footage from Polygon.
Uhh not all online games or all online mode of games need PS plus. Free to play online games are well free to play whether you have psplus or not. FF14 on the ps4 does not need Psplus.
VR worlds gets the most improvements specially London Heist and Ocean Descent. Both gets higher quality shadowing and self shadowing, better anti-aliasing, and better LOD. Driveclub it seems did not get any visual improvements, probably more on performance. Rush of Blood only got a slight anti-aliasing improvement judging purely on those videos.
Also Rigs gets improved resolution, anti-aliasing and performance so that's great as well.
