The developers are apparently quite inexperienced with the Unreal engine. Ps4pro is said to only render at 1080p, 60fps and has a faster loading time compared to the normal Ps4(900p, 60fps).

Highly unlikely. It's possible it will release on the Ps4 but it will not be exclusive. The best case scenario for PS is that it will release on both Ps4 and Switch(and probably even the 3DS)

Early? Midgame? The additional story scenes were from the last parts of the game, chapter 13, which is the chapter before the final chapter. And all the dlcs can be played separately. You don't have to play anything over again.

The video above is a bit blurry and heavily compressed. If you watch the "4k" ones and look at direct feed screenshots of gameplay(not replay) then you'll see that it is no way on the level of driveclub. Not even close. The cars look nice but the environment are all below average at best. They prioritized performance over graphical quality for GTsport.

That is probably going to happen soon. Probably going to be announced on e3. The other Persona 5 related games might also be announced on e3 in other conferences.
Persona games will NOT go to a Nintendo platform. Never ever. Persona-related games, however, might be made for Nintendo platforms but they will be completely new games like Persona Q. The main games will, like I said, NEVER touch a Nintendo platform.
You can max out all social links and still have a lot of days left in your first playthrough. The one that takes a while to complete is the Persona compendium.

Hopefully, it's really good. Most of the news about it has been great so far. Although the single player campaign being just 4 hours or so long is a bit of a downer. It does have a separate co-op mode though with different maps so I hope that one has enough content for replayability.

I try to buy digitally depending on what game it is. If it's a VR or a multiplayer game, then I will prefer it to be digital so when I play or have people around to experience these games, I won't have to pause to replace every single time they want another game/experience.
