Microsoft hasn't proven it's worth yet. Some people don't care for voice commands and the games that are out for it have been panned by critics and were received poorly.

Not really. Nintendo has money saved up in reserves from their previous successes and are far from the point of bankruptcy. Money that was saved up just for a situation like this.

That's because they would lose money on that. They already cut money off the price of a Vita. A 500 Vita and PS4 bundle would mean cutting more money off the price.

@Syntax-Error, Resogun by itself is was better received than any X1 games, check Metacritic. Critics like it more than Forza and DR3.
