Depends on the exclusivity deal Capcom made with Nintendo.
If it's called Sonic Adventure 3, it should have Sonic Adventure gameplay. Generations was a different game. The adventure games have their own feel and it should be protected.

It can happen. Last gen, Bethesda actually tried talking with Sony and Microsoft about mods. They wanted console players to be able to experience them too.

Dark-kyon, the total numbers of Vita's sold in Japan isn't that great either. Compare the Vita's total to the 3DS's total. You will see that the Vita is getting obliterated by the competition.
Selling more than 42 million so far is a little more than just "OK". Compare that to the competition's dedicated handheld
I do agree with you on the WiiU though. It has been a flop....so far. Nintendo can turn it around though.
I doubt Nintendo is calling the shots. This whole game is basically SEGA's idea. They want to advertise this new Sonic and tie it in with their new show on Cartoon Network; Nintendo has nothing to do with that. It was most likely SEGA's idea to outsource the game to a western studio as well.
All Nintendo did was pay for exclusivity and help market it.

Nintendo isn't developing the game. It's up to the third party devs to decide if they want to do it or not.

I have hope for this game because of the person leading the project. I usually don't get hyped for Sonic games unless they show something promising, which non of the recent games seem to do.
And that might be a long time from now, depending on how it does when it's released.

You do realize install bases grow, right? The consoles just came out and as the install bases grow, they will get more subscribers. It's simple math.
