PC is different because PC gamers have much more space to work with and don't have to worry about servers no longer being supported.
How will I be able to redownload my games on my Xbox360 or PS3 when those companies stop supporting the online stores for those systems? If my HDD gets corrupted after that, those games are lost forever. PC gamers don't have to upgrade to a new steam every few years or have to worry about a small amount of space on the HDD.
It's the pain of having to re-download. With physical media, I can just pop in a game I haven't played in a while and play it again. With digital, if I uninstall, I have to wait for the game to download before I get to play. That's why people are often reluctant to uninstall games, because you never know when you'll get the urge to go back to it.
Bayonetta isn't exactly a best seller and Smash Bros isn't available for preorder in a lot of places. And the 3DS and Vita don't have any big releases at the moment.
Can I sweet talk them?
I knew this game was going to get trashed, but deep down, I was also hoping it wasn't going to get received as poorly as I thought. I love Rambo and I was really hoping for a game that did the franchise justice.
Actually, Square Enix doesn't need Sony to publish it. It was on PC because Square Enix got someone else to publish it, obviously Sony was only going to publish it for PlayStation. If they wanted those characters on Xbox, all they would have to do is publish the game themselves, as they do in Japan (Sony only publishes the games in Europe and NA) or get another publisher for the port. What platform the games and/or characters are on is not up to Sony.
Should have been mo...
No, Sony doesn't own the rights to any of those games. That's why they are also on PC and characters from those games showed upon Kingdom Hearts Recoded for DS.
Only thing Sony had a hand was publishing those games in the west.
He is just happy for the 3DS. I would get it if he said something about the PS4 or something.
This article is working with outdated information. The Yamauchi family has already sold some of their stock during Nintendo's stock buyback.
You could make a lot of connectios like this. A lot of news stations like to point out that a lot of these killers actually played video games, ignoring that it's a market that's growing in popularity at an alarming rate.
But I could say the same things about movies, books, or TV. Odds are, the majority of them also consumed those types of media as well.
There is no PC version because Kojima knows where the real Metal Gear Solid fans are.
Actually, Metal Gear was born on the MSX.
On another note: Who here knows what MSX actually stood for? Lol I bet a lot of heads would explode if people actually found out what the M in MSX means.
You're buying a version that doesn't exist?
The UK used to be Microsoft territory. Look at the 360 and PS3 numbers.
Man, those Vita and WiiU sales are extremely disappointing.
Movies are a different story from video games. And even then, movies are trying to push for higher frame rates. The Hobbit has a version that's in 48 fps, and believe me, it is noticeable. Anybody who has watched the 48fps version can confirm that.also, Some of Douglass Trumballs films are shot in 60fps. James Cameron plans to use high frame rates in future films. The industry is changing. Soon physical media movie discs will have to change to accommodate.
Now, on the mat...
I doubt it.
Yes, because Nintendo definitely took money from their budget for game development and put it into this. /S
Learn how businesses operate. This has nothing to do with the development of a new StarFox or F-Zero. It also has no bearing on whether or not those games get made or what type of budgets they have.
This idea isn't a great one but neither is your reason for hating it.
I don't care what anyone says, I'm getting Ground Zeroes. I'll just be getting it for last gen systems, no biggie.
Wow, for a platform that supposedly has superior exclusives and games, you PC gamers sure do a lot of port begging.
It's not going to happen. There majority of JRPG gamers are on consoles. Haven't you noticed? Most of the games that Sega puts on PC are western oriented, because they know that a PC port wouldn't do as well. Especially with a niche series like Persona. PC gaming isn't as popular in Japan as it is in other countries, it's niche at best. And t...
