Nintendo technically did invest in 3D, just not in the way Sony did it.
The game doesn't release until next year.
They already confirmed that there will be more weapons and game modes by the time they finish.
What you saw at E3 was an early build that was built to test the public.
@NixonMonoxide
You know there is not chance of a Bayonetta 2 multi-plat port, right? Nintendo is not only publishing it, they are funding all of it's development.
Platinum play no part in it except for developing it. Nintendo pays for it, they market it, they publish it, and they decide where it goes. It doesn't matter if Bayonetta sells 2 copies, Platinum won't be effected because Nintendo paid for it's development and paid them in advance. N...
I love announcements like these because of the delicious tears they produce! When Bayonetta 2 was announced as an exclusive, there were so many fanboy tears!
This announcement may not have produced as many tears as Bayonetta but the tears were just as delicious.
The Wii sold like hotcakes and the 3DS is selling like hotcakes. People want a slice for themselves!
Notice how they only go after the Wii and 3DS.
They were useful in MGS 2 with the conveyer belt that would transport you into different rooms.
Yeah, I'm excited about Mighty no. 9 but it's not MegaMan. I would still love to see MegaMan make a return.
Also, MegaMan has expanded past 2D platformers.
Curious to see what these are. I'm trying to think of some games that were shown but never made it to release.
Nintendo seems interested in saving projects that were on their way out. Bayonetta 2 and Devil's Third would have never existed if it Nintendo didn't step in. I assume they're going to keep this pattern up.
Get it on the Vita.
If you have the choice to get the game for on the go, do it! Never second guess yourself.
And Mileena.
I'll be pissed if there is no Mileena.
That's not what it's like at all. Even now, with the technology still in it's infancy, you will find yourself immersed into game. VR is a pretty great experience.
You thought the Wii was overpriced? One of it's main reasons for selling so much was it being so cheap.
I wonder what they did with their VR research. They put money into the virtual boy, I'm sure they didn't just throw it all away.
Get the 3DS version of you can. It may not look as pretty as the console versions but this game was made for 3DS.
Most of the games they showed are early builds, which means they really tried to show as much as they can this year. This is the first time I've seen Nintendo show games that are nowhere near completion.
They confirmed that Splatoon would have more game modes and features when they get done.
They're trying to get Zelda to be playable at E3 next year, which means it probably won't release until the fall. You'll probably see more improvements th...
Final Fantasy 6 > Both
I wasn't too surprised about Fallout 4, The Last Guardian, or Kingdom Hearts III.
I knew Kingdom Hearts wasn't going to be there because Final Fantasy XV is barely done. Nomura is the director of both and he can only work on one at a time.
Oh, and it was obvious Atlus is going to wait to show Persona 5. The western release isn't until next year.
Yeah. What the hell is going on with Shadow of the Best?
Sony announced it last year and we haven't heard about it since.
On topic: I want an HD version of the clock tower games!
I still don't see your point. Are you trying to turn this into some kind of war? Are you defending Ubisoft? Are you actually trying to do a one up on which platforms has the most bugs?
PC was supposed to be the lead platform and Ubisoft released a broken product on it. Gamers spent their hard earned money on it. Yes, there were issues on consoles, and that just makes Ubisoft look worse. No player should have to pay for a broken product.
Point is, PC was s...
Well, he is technically right. If what people are saying is correct, the E3 build was never a part of the product in the first place. It was something constructed separately to wow everybody.
