Probably, since there are a lot of downloadable titles. When not including downloadable software, the numbers are 30 on 3DS and 20 on the WiiU.
Yes, it is an issue. I didn't spend $200 to play indies. Indies are good appetizers but they make a horrible main course. I don't care if "indies are filling out the library nicely ", as this article claims.
I want AAA games that were built from the found up for the Vita to take advantage of the hardware. Whatever though, I'll enjoy what little games we do get. Looking forward to Freedom Wars and Gravity Rush 2.
Games cost money to make. I don't know if you knew that but it's true.
Platinum was very close to bankruptcy at one point and is very far from swimming in money. They don't care about brands, they care about being able to support themselves.
Nintendo was willing to throw money at Bayonetta when nobody else was willing, so they took the opportunity. It was the best choice they had.
Third parties don't have brand loyalty like fans do, th...
They're just developing for the people who were willing to throw money at them.
Microsoft paid them for an exclusive game, so they got it.
Nintendo paid them for an exclusive game, so they got it.
Sony didn't bother to make any type of deal with them, so there is no PS4 games from Platinum.
Your beef is with Sony, not Platinum. They have to be willing to throw some money.
Sony didn't want to throw any money at them. At this point, Platinum is willing to put in work for anyone who is willing to pay up.
Yeah, it ended a while ago.
Make sure you keep us posted on whether or not Microsoft brings down the ban hammer.
If the coast is clear, I'm taking advantage of this next week.
I claimed 3. I got there when it first started. I could have done it more than that but I didn't want to risk a ban or something like that.
Big Brother Microsoft is always watching you.
I don't see how a novella would affect FF XV's and KH III's development.
You guys are overreacting. It's a Novella that most of you wouldn't even be able to read.
This is Platinum's director saying he would like to make an exclusive. I don't think he really cares.
He is basically saying "If Nintendo is willing to throw more money at us, I'm all for it"
It's easier to rest your laurels when someone else is paying for it.
Yup, that's what he is saying. Sony preferred to go over the stuff they thought was the most important.
Don't need to drown them. Just build a wall around them and leave them without food or any other basic necessities.
The lack of toddlers is puzzling though. Why are they removing features that were part of previous base games?
The first time I saw the pic, I thought it was her knees.
That is the point.
Zelda fans will buy it because it has characters and lore they are familiar with. It makes it easier to get into something that you never paid any attention to before.
Translation: "We didn't feel as if it was important enough to mention. But remember, indies and remote play"
I'll definitely check this out on PS4.
I'm also curious to see how the 3DS game will turn out. I'll buy that one too, if it is any good. But knowing Webfoot Technologies' background, it will suck.
That, my friend, is how you get hits. You have to get the reader's hopes up.
If the the title simply stated "Square Enix says they will still make Vita games", nobody would read it. But a word like " pledges " makes it sound like they are dedicated to it and will do as much as they can for it.
Good. SE will do what Sony refuses to do.
Most of the their party games are not exclusive. Most of them indie and other games that are available on PS3 and PS4.
The actual number games that are non-indie and exclusive to Vita and not available anywhere else is small.
